Adeel Mangi, Anti-Cop and Anti-Semite, For Third Circuit

I can’t believe this nomination is still on life support. Adeel Mangi, an anti-Semite and anti-Cop activist, should have had his nomination for the Third Circuit Court of Appeals withdrawn. He got murderized in hearing three months ago. His answer to many questions seems to be of the Sergeant Schultz variety:

Adeel Mangi

Our Darleen covered Mangi’s Senate Judiciary hearing where she heard the Sergeant Schulz defense. Mangi never heard about things and he never knew about them:

Senate Republicans vigorously questioned Mangi on yet another radical association of his:

Senate Republicans hammered Mangi during his confirmation hearing last month over his advisory board position at the board of the Rutgers Law School Center for Security, Race and Rights. The group hosted an event on the 20th anniversary of 9/11 that featured convicted terrorist financier Sami al-Arian, and more recently asserted that Israel provoked the Hamas attacks on October 7.

Mangi, who now works in private practice, has testified he was unaware of the event, and that he opposes terrorism. But he refused at his confirmation hearing to condemn the center over the event or its anti-Israel rhetoric.

Unaware? Allegedly, Adeel Mangi is one of the best of the best and, thus, deserving of a life-time appointment. Yet we are to believe this brilliant, caring, conscientious man never looks into what the associations he joined and supported in one capacity or another is up to?

Pull my other leg, Adeel.

The Free Beacon picked the story up there:

A Harvard Law School graduate and now a partner at a white-shoe law firm, Mangi is either dishonest or stunningly oblivious.

Either quality is disqualifying for a would-be federal judge, and Mangi’s case, particularly as it relates to the goings-on at Rutgers, should be a wake-up call to all ambitious Leftists standing by with their hands clasped as universities turn into Maoist training camps. Democratic senators Jacky Rosen (Nev.), Catherine Cortez Masto (Nev.), and Joe Manchin (W.Va.) have enough sense to recognize Mangi’s record is disqualifying. If that’s a smear, we’ll take it.

We talk about the Republican’s narrow House margin. The Senate margin is just as narrow. With Rosen, Cortez Masto and Manchin out Adeel Mangi should be completely out, but the White House is standing by him.

If you weren’t such an Islamophobe, you would let this nomination go through. Except we don’t fall for that anymore:
