September 6, 2024 a documentary about the life of Abraham Lincoln will be released, that will shed new lights on Lincoln’s relationships with the men in his life. There is nothing like the need of the LGBTQ2IA+ community to sort us all into the special boxes in their Gender Ideology/Theology. Rereading and rewriting past lives to fit their narrative. If they accepted their own selves, why would they need to grind through history to slot the dead?

Lincoln is flourishing his light saber while riding his My Little Pony, who is anally exhaling rainbows. Box office gold.

And, just as likely as Abraham Lincoln “Lover of Men” as it is being told today.

Directed by filmmaker Shaun Peterson, Lover of Men features interviews with over a dozen scholars, historians and experts on Lincoln’s life. The trailer emphasizes his near mythical stature in American culture.

“Lover Of Men examines the intimate life of America’s most consequential president, Abraham Lincoln,” reads an official synopsis for the upcoming film. “As told by preeminent Lincoln scholars and never before seen photographs and letters, the film details Lincoln’s romantic relationships with men.”

“Scholars, historians and experts”, oh my! Let us peruse a few of these people:

Representative Zooey Zephyr: Montana State Legislator and Trans Radical Activist man who cosplays as a woman and is engaged to a woman. No bias there.

Dr. Thomas Balcerski: Author – Bosom Friends: The Intimate World of James Buchanan & William Rufus King. We are all gay.

Alok Vaid-Menon – They/them. Sweet coconut pie, check out its website. Expert?

I can’t look at anymore of these “Scholars, historians and experts’. Trends and confirmation bias are their areas of expertise.

Abraham Lincoln was a straight heterosexual. Retconning him gay w/ "evidence" from "academics" w/ agendas is just an effort to make LGBTQness' image as good as straightness & to guilt/demoralize America.

Before very recently, people in the Western world did not have the means to be precious about their space. Hotels would put strangers in rooms. Non related people slept three or four to a bed. And because most people were armed, if you overstepped your bounds, you would be shot. Men and women walked arm in arm with the same sex. It wasn’t a big deal.

This issue pops up semi-regularly. Twenty years ago, the New York Times published: “Finding Homosexual Threads in Lincoln’s Legend”:

They cite his troubled marriage to Mary Todd and his youthful friendship with Joshua Speed, who shared his bed for four years. Now, in a new book, C.A. Tripp also asserts that Lincoln had a homosexual relationship with the captain of his bodyguards, David V. Derickson, who shared his bed whenever Mary Todd was away.

In “The Intimate World of Abraham Lincoln,” to be published next month by Free Press, Mr. Tripp, a psychologist, influential gay writer and former sex researcher for Dr. Alfred C. Kinsey, tries to resolve the issue of Lincoln’s sexuality once and for all. The author, who died in 2003, two weeks after finishing the book, subjected almost every word ever written by and about Lincoln to minute analysis. His conclusion is that America’s greatest president, the beacon of the Republican Party, was a gay man.

ean H. Baker, a former student of Mr. Donald’s and the author of “Mary Todd Lincoln: a Biography” (W.W Norton, 1987), wrote the introduction to the book. She said that Lincoln’s homosexuality would explain his tempestuous relationship with Mary Todd, and “some of her agonies and anxieties over their relationship.”

Or, maybe they were troubled humans, in a troubled time. Their therapists aren’t talking. I joke.

Queer culture must justify their own place by combing through history with a nit comb looking for lice. There is so much known about Abraham Lincoln. Why not read “Toward a more perfect union” and lift yourself.
