Barack Obama may no longer be president, but he constantly craves the limelight.
While President Trump is visiting Europe and the Middle East, along comes Obama, making a speech in Berlin. On top of that, he was with German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
And then he had to take a little dig at Trump by telling the adoring throng that “we can’t hide behind a wall.”

Well, that’s just rich. Because here’s how the streets in Berlin looked at the site where Obama made his speech.

Notice anything? Like a wall, perhaps?
And police presence?
Now I know why the security is crazy in Berlin. Looks like Obama and Merkle are in town! pic.twitter.com/2YKiUWjL7c

Why, not only did Obama rate police protections and the walls he so despises, he scored Berlin’s toughest security measures.

But of course, that’s for the political rock star Obama. The rest of us peons don’t warrant such security, like when we go to concerts, for example. Certainly not for the 22 who were killed in Manchester at the Ariana Grande concert.
Instead, Obama preaches mindless drivel about the “tragedy” of Manchester. Not the evil wrought by an Islamic terrorist who was free to travel to Syria and Libya for ISIS training and then allowed to re-enter the UK:
“As the father of two daughters, I am heartbroken by the tragedy that has occurred in Manchester. It’s unimaginable to think about the cruelty and violence that the city of Manchester has suffered. Through faith and resolve, the character of the people of Manchester has shown itself with the kindness and the ways in which you are assisting each other. Just know that the entire world is in solidarity with you right now.”
Walls and security are only for elites like Obama. On the other hand, the rest of the western world should not build walls, but instead, welcome anyone into the country. Then, you just hope for the best.
