“This is CNN, and we’re totally not setting you up,” should have been the opening tagline for this debate. The very first question out of the gate was given to Carly Fiorina, and Jake Tapper asked her to criticize Donald Trump.
.@CarlyFiorina gets the first question– it is about @realDonaldTrump #GOPDebate Would you feel comfortable w/ his finger on nuclear codes?

You gotta love the #GOPdebate when the very first question is designed to start a bar fight.

Exactly. What kind of question was that supposed to be, Jake Tapper, except to paint a target on Carly Fiorina for Donald Trump to aim at?
Fortunately, she deftly avoided answering it.
Smart response from Carly: That's up to voters to decide, not me. #GOPDebate

Jake Tapper pointed out that she didn’t answer the question, and she continued to stand by her answer. Good grief, can we get to some real questions instead of letting CNN try to make their own viral clickbait?
