The Left’s Othering of SLOTUS Usha Vance was little more than the usual dehumanizing rhetoric and boilerplate ad hominem ubiquitously flung at any conservative woman who dares lift her head in public. But the announcement of her pregnancy has completely unhinged the haters.

Just like every Republican President since Eisenhower has been declared “the next Hitler”, no Republican First Lady has been worthy of accolades from Our Liberal Betters™. There was “Plastic Pat” Nixon, Nancy Reagan was savaged regularly about everything such as a privately funded china set for the White House to choosing a mastectomy, rather than a lumpectomy after her breast cancer diagnosis. Yes, really. Barbara Bush was the butt of bullying remarks on her appearance, and the haters of Laura Bush slammed her as a Stepford wife or called her a “murderer” because of a fatal car accident she was involved with when she was 17. Betty Ford avoided a lot of the sneers and savagery usually reserved for conservative wives because, well, she wasn’t a conservative. Betty was a pretty much an outspoken progressive.

And compare/contrast the treatment of Michelle Obama vs Melania Trump.

Pravda media and the illiberal Democrats are fixated on J.D. Vance as the Republican candidate in 2028 so the pivot after Trump’s second inauguration was to start attacking J.D. Vance as “even worse than Trump” and Usha has come into the Left’s crosshairs. It goes beyond the meanspiritedness of Jen Psaki’s junior high mean girl act about Usha being scared of her husband and in need of “rescuing”. Now we are in full-blown pregnancy conspiracy theories to Usha being Hitler-adjacent because she *is* preggers.

The ugliness coming from the Slate author is all through her slash-n-burn invective. The Vance marriage isn’t one of love and devotion — you all know that conservatives aren’t people capable of real emotions now, right? — It’s a cynical coupling where J.D. the white supremacist is merely settling for second best …

In lieu of trading in his wife for a paler model, Vance has found another way to prove himself a good shepherd of the MAGA faithful: He and Usha are expecting a fourth child in July (snip)

… if J.D. Vance can’t have a white wife standing next to him as he clearly looks toward the 2028 presidential election, the next best thing is a pregnant one.

This is the flip side of the Left’s assassination culture coin — an antinatalism that is aghast that the Vances would dare to have a fourth child and growing accusations thrown against Usha that range from she should have an abortion, to where [Leavitt, Miller, Vance] were forced into a pregnancy pact, to Leftwing wishcasting that Erika Kirk is “devastated”.

And it gets worse.

Lexie, the nurse who was fired after wishing severe childbirth injuries on Karoline Leavitt, also posted this video hoping for people to die with hashtag “8647”

This is where the Left’s decades of Othering conservatives and dehumanizing conservative women isn’t about sticks-and-stones bullying anymore. This is about Leftwing apparatchiks so convinced that women who are in political disagreement with them deserve to be physically injured, they are acting on it. This one nurse was so convinced of her own righteousness, she put her feelings on display. How many other people in health services are like this nurse, just not putting their crazy on social media? How many of them are going to cross the line from wishing for it to causing it?

And why not? It’s not like it’s not happening right now.

Usha and her children are in serious danger because the Left has deemed them Hitler-adjacent and not worthy of safety … or even life. We can’t ignore this as nothing more than harsh political rhetoric. The violence coming from the Left is being ramped up.

Be on guard, be safe, and pray for the Vances.
