ABC’s Matt Gutman Finds Text Messages Of Charlie’s Killer “Very Touching”

UPDATE BELOW: Evidently ABC News is full of clowns. One of them, Matt Gutman, just pulled a full Rolling Stone. You see, he thinks the text messages between Charlie’s killer and his trans boyfriend are “very touching.”

Let’s take a look at those text messages shall we?

The text exchange between Mr. Robinson and his partner was reproduced by prosecutors in the charging document. It showed that Mr. Robinson had texted his partner shortly after the shooting on Wednesday about a note left under his keyboard, which read, “I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk and I’m going to take it.”

The partner reacted with shock, asking him if he was joking. “You weren’t the one who did it right????” the partner wrote. “I am, I’m sorry,” Mr. Robinson responded.

When Mr. Robinson’s partner asked why he had done it, Mr. Robinson wrote: “I had enough of his hatred. Some hate can’t be negotiated out.” Mr. Robinson then texted about trying to grab his rifle from where he had left it, near the scene.

The people Robinson communicated with on Discord are now facing chats with the FBI and other law enforcement officials over what they were told. His trans boyfriend is supposedly fully cooperating with law enforcement.

So, he was leaning left more and more prior to this? Well, that certainly blows the Democrat media narratives out of the water.

His parents faced a horrific choice once they realized it was their son who murdered Charlie Kirk.

“As they discussed the situation, Robinson implied that he was the shooter and stated that he couldn’t go to jail and just wanted to end it,” the charging documents said.

His parents then asked their son why he committed this crime, to which he said “there is too much evil and the guy [Charlie Kirk] spreads too much hate,” according to the charging documents.

The suspect’s parents urged Robinson to speak with a family friend who is a deputy sheriff, who convinced him to turn himself in, charging documents said.

Now Robinson has been indicted on state charges and faces the death penalty.

But it’s what ABC’s Matt Gutman said during his broadcast this afternoon that is catching everyone’s attention.

I just couldn’t believe it. Gutman went full Rolling Stone in essentially trying to get viewers to believe that text messages between Robinson and his trans lover about just killing Charlie Kirk were “very touching.”

For those who may not recall, Rolling Stone decided to run a profile on the Boston Marathon bombers in 2013. Essentially they were trying to make terrorists into dreamboats. Currently we have very disturbed people, the media, and even the judge running after the United Health CEO killer as if he was Elvis.

Now we have Matt Gutman of ABC News trying to normalize Robinson’s text messages about killing Charlie Kirk.

What Matt Gutman just did is beyond gross. There is absolutely nothing touching or sweet about those text messages.

I wouldn’t put it past them. And then Gutman doubled down!

ABC’s Matt Gutman doubled down, ten minutes later after this on ABC News Live: “It’s heartbreaking on so many levels, Kyra. Obviously, Charlie Kirk was murdered brutally in front of a crowd of thousands…[O]n the other hand, there is this duality of a very a portrait of a very human person, a very human experience from this entire family…the kid who had got a 34 out of 36 on the ACT, who had a 4.0…I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a press conference in which we’ve read text messages that are A, so fulsome, so robust, so apparently, allegedly self-incriminating and yet, on the other hand, so touching — right — with the suspect reaching out to his roommate, who was allegedly his boyfriend, who we understand, you know, identified as male at birth, now identifies as female. And the terminology he used, he was trying to protect him. He kept calling him ‘my love.’ ‘My reason for doing this is to protect you,’ you know, but also asking him to delete the messages and not speak to law enforcement. So there’s this, this heartbreaking duality that we’re seeing very tragically playing out here.”

DUALITY??!!!

The white-washing and trying to make a killer relatable won’t work as much as the media tries to do so. They want to be the ones writing and controlling the narrative. Hence this vomit-inducing attempt to sway viewers that a killer’s text messages talking about assassinating Charlie Kirk are “very touching.”

The TRAGEDY here is that Charlie Kirk is DEAD and his wife and children are without a husband and father.

Matt Gutman and the rest of the media clowns don’t realize that the blinders are off and ordinary Americans refuse to be gaslit any longer. They can all take their “very touching” bullshit and shove where the sun doesn’t shine.

UPDATE: Gutman issues an excuse for an apology after well-deserved backlash.

Then you shouldn’t have romanticized a killer’s text messages. And your “apology” is only because of the well-deserved backlash you and ABC have received.

I think it goes without saying, but for the idiots out there, I’ll go ahead and add how tragic this is for Erika and their kids, how they didn’t deserve this, and my heart goes out to them.

If by ” touching” he means ” more proof of just how unstable and dangerous the tq+ wing of the alphabet mafia is” then I agree..
