Remember those “Complete Idiot’s Guides” sold at local bookstores back in the day? We had a few lying around the house on how to grill, how to sell our home, how to navigate Microsoft Windows…you get the drift.

We never did peruse the pages of “The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Protesting”, though. I can see it now: Chapter 1: Get a Megaphone. Chapter 2: Poster-Making for Dummies. Chapter 3: Coming up With A Catchy Chant. Chapter 4: Finding The Perfect Protest Day Keffiyeh. Chapter 5: Channel Your Inner Communist…

…I could go on. But, Chapter 10: Defacing Statues, is a critical and noteworthy section. Straight from this chapter is a directive that dictates to young, aspiring fascists to deface and, if possible, utterly destroy statues from wars they know nothing about. Especially if the statues depict white men.

This was very much the case in New York City’s Central Park when pro-Palestine demonstrators defaced the The 107th United States Infantry monument. Granted, they were not invited to the Met Gala. The streets were closed off and they had to have something to destroy and deface.

Personally, I WISH they got at the Met Gala and disturbed the peace of the most insignificant, vapid, self-centered, vacuous and overpaid idiots instead of a statue representing some of our very best generation, who were just boys when they went to war.

Karl Illava is the sculptor of the monument and his 76 year-old granddaughter sounded off:

I mean, what can we expect from idiots-errr-children who hail from an educational system that wants to shove all of the inconvenient and ugly truths of history away. Unless, of course, white men are involved in the atrocities. Then, the little darlings can exercise their “freedom of speech” by adding graffiti paint in their “honor”. Doesn’t matter these WWI boys fought long and hard for the freedoms they enjoy by the very use of that graffiti paint. Doesn’t matter how many of them died in battle or in prison camps from excessive fatigue and starvation. History is completely lost on these idiots.

Karl Illava is a better man than I am a woman because, I do not feel sorry for these little jackasses at all. First off, I would be willing to bet, they do not feel sorry for defacing property, much less a memorial from a war they know nothing about. Secondly, these idiots got here, and are the way they are because people did feel sorry for them. Namely, some of their parents. They were never told they were dead wrong or disrespectful. They got trophies for merely participating. They got A’s for doing nothing in class. They were told the sun rose and set upon their existence, that they are special, the chosen ones, they have a voice. This translated into them being disrespectful little brat holes because their parents told them they were going to “change the world” and sent them to hippie-dippy $2,000-a-week summer camps to have other adults serve them all vegan meals and tell them the same damn things. They have no respect for anyone or anything else. Their vanity is apparent. And, for some, thy apples did not fall far from the trees as they watch their own parents spew out disrespectful and hateful rhetoric to those whose values and philosophies do not align.

Oh, they pretend to be virtuous, with their “Ally” pins and their lawn signs, but they have gotten so extreme with their virtue, these useful idiots have become nothing special. They are basically cookie-cutter, walking cliches in their face masks, with their posters, megaphones, blue hair and gluten allergies. The reality they have been shielded from? They’re not special, they are just uneducated, mouth-breathing, robotic imbeciles. It has gotten to the point that even people who vote Democrat down-ballot, like they do, are calling them idiots. F–king idiots, in fact.

When all the noise dies down, these little idiots will have useless Ivy League degrees in Gender Studies, Community Organizing or something else of no utility. They are and will be geared to do nothing of significance in this world. They can scribble “GAZA” on statues and throw up tents on campuses in their safe cocoons all they want in the name of “saving the world”, but in reality, their actions won’t change a thing. The boys of the 107th United States Infantry, on the other hand, DID make an impact. These young, dumb souls will never know this, but in case Keffiyeh Kathy is reading this now, I suggest some further reading here from our very own Darleen.
