Trump Wants To Know Who Used Biden’s Autopen

There should be a full-scale Congressional investigation into the “Politburo” that ran the Biden White House, and President Trump has made the first move in making that happen.

On Wednesday, President Trump issued a memorandum to Attorney General Pam Bondi, asking for an investigation into who was running the Biden White House, and who had control of the Biden autopen.

In recent months, it has become increasingly apparent that former President Biden’s aides abused the power of Presidential signatures through the use of an autopen to conceal Biden’s cognitive decline and assert Article II authority. This conspiracy marks one of the most dangerous and concerning scandals in American history. The American public was purposefully shielded from discovering who wielded the executive power, all while Biden’s signature was deployed across thousands of documents to effect radical policy shifts.

For years, President Biden suffered from serious cognitive decline. The Department of Justice, for example, concluded that, despite clear evidence that Biden had broken the law, he should not stand trial owing to his incompetent mental state. Biden’s cognitive issues and apparent mental decline during his Presidency were even “worse” in private, and those closest to him “tried to hide it” from the public. To do so, Biden’s advisors during his years in office severely restricted his news conferences and media appearances, and they scripted his conversations with lawmakers, government officials, and donors, all to cover up his inability to discharge his duties.

Notwithstanding these well-documented issues, the White House issued over 1,200 Presidential documents, appointed 235 judges to the Federal bench, and issued more pardons and commutations than any administration in United States history. For instance, just 2 days before Christmas in 2024, the White House announced that Biden commuted the sentences of 37 of the 40 most vile and monstrous criminals on Federal death row, including several child killers and mass murderers.

Although the authority to take these executive actions, along with many others, is constitutionally committed to the President, there are serious doubts as to the decision making process and even the degree of Biden’s awareness of these actions being taken in his name.

The vast majority of Biden’s executive actions were signed using a mechanical signature pen, often called an autopen, as opposed to Biden’s own hand. This was especially true of actions taken during the second half of his Presidency, when his cognitive decline had apparently become even more clear to those working most closely with him.

Given clear indications that President Biden lacked the capacity to exercise his Presidential authority, if his advisors secretly used the mechanical signature pen to conceal this incapacity, while taking radical executive actions all in his name, that would constitute an unconstitutional wielding of the power of the Presidency, a circumstance that would have implications for the legality and validity of numerous executive actions undertaken in Biden’s name.

The cover up of Biden’s physical and cognitive decline, coupled with the use and potential abuse of presidential authority, should be the biggest modern presidential scandal ever. And if it can be proven, there could be disastrous consequences. The House Oversight Committee held a hearing about that issue on Wednesday as well.

Daniel Turner, founder of Power The Future, testified to Congress on Wednesday that White House staff may have used an autopen of Biden’s signature in a major “deceit of the American people.” Turner’s group has called for an investigation into eight of Biden’s executive orders over suspicions that they may have been signed without the president’s knowledge.

“This is impersonation of the president,” Turner explained to GOP Rep. James Comer. “Staffers, of course, have a lot of leniency in what they do working on behalf of the president, but these executive orders that we identified, there’s no evidence of Joe Biden in first person, in his voice as president talking about them.”

“When you ban the export of liquid natural gas and you never get asked about it in person, one has to wonder if Joe Biden did it or if a staffer did it on his behalf?” Turner continued.

That last example comes directly from the Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, who told the story to The Free Press back in January about a private conversation he had with Biden after he became Speaker, and Biden had no idea what executive order Johnson was talking about. The use of the autopen to sign documents, including pardons, is concerning at best, and outright illegal fraud at worst.

Interestingly, after news of this memorandum broke, Biden released a statement.

Republican Trump has long asserted that Biden, a Democrat who defeated him in the 2020 presidential election, was mentally incompetent and has suggested the use of a mechanical pen to sign memos, executive orders and grants of clemency during Biden’s four-year-term may have been improper, potentially rendering them invalid.

In a statement late on Wednesday, Biden dismissed those suggestions.

“Let me be clear: I made the decisions during my presidency. I made the decisions about the pardons, executive orders, legislation, and proclamations. Any suggestion that I didn’t is ridiculous and false,” he said in a statement.

Really. First, no one should believe that BIDEN wrote this statement. This is Jill and his staff doing the work in his name – again. He didn’t call up a reporter, he didn’t go on camera. A statement was put out with his name on it. Second, given what we know, and the eyewitnesses that are admitting (either anonymously or in anecdotes like Speaker Johnson’s), no one really believes that Biden was fully and completely in charge during his first term. Admitting that the “Politburo” was going to hide him away during a second term and bring him out occasionally for “proof of life” was the nail in the proverbial coffin that Joe Biden himself was actually running his own administration. And the media, naturally, swallowed this statement whole.

The question is, and what President Trump wants to know, is who had control of that autopen? Who was authorized to use it? How many people had access to it? This all ties into the cover up around Biden’s health and well-being. Representative James Comer, the chairman of the House Oversight Committee, has taken the first steps in bringing in the “Politburo” for sworn testimony. And first up might be one of the most damning of all.

Yes, that would be Dr. Kevin O’Connor, the physician who issued statements saying that Joe Biden was in great health – only for it to be “discovered” that he had metastatic prostate cancer once he had left office. Dr. O’Connor is going to have to sit for a deposition, and he will have to do some fast talking to convince people that he isn’t an incompetent fool who never did a PSA test on the President of the United States, much less covered up an obvious cognitive decline. But he won’t be the only one on the eventual hot seat.

Comer on Wednesday asked five senior Biden White House aides to appear for transcribed interviews with his committee: former senior adviser Mike Donilon, former senior adviser Anita Dunn, former chief of staff Ron Klain, former deputy chief of staff Bruce Reed and former counselor Steve Ricchetti.

“The Committee on Oversight and Government Reform is investigating the role of former senior White House officials in possibly usurping authority from former President Joe Biden and the ramifications of a White House staff intent on hiding his rapidly worsening mental and physical faculties,” Comer wrote to the former White House aides.

Comer last month asked for testimony from four former senior aides — Annie Tomasini, Anthony Bernal, Ashley Williams and Neera Tanden — and Biden’s physician Kevin O’Connor. His inquiry into Biden comes amid renewed scrutiny in Washington over the former president’s mental fitness toward the end of his term, ballyhooed by a much-discussed book by CNN’s Jake Tapper and Axios’ Alex Thompson.

In a brief interview, Comer said some witnesses were already working with the committee. He expects some will appear for their testimony before the committee in the next few weeks.

Bring them all in. If they don’t come willingly, subpoena them. Put them under oath. I’d even say that they should be put in front of cameras for the nation to see. If even one person used the autopen for their own personal agenda, then it was a fraud perpetrated on the American people. We didn’t vote for these people, and if they usurped the power of the presidency, they should be exposed. I am not a lawyer, but I do know that it would be nearly impossible to get a court to undo pardons, even if the autopen was used. But that doesn’t mean that there couldn’t be legal consequences for those involved.

President Trump is right – we deserve to know who was controlling Joe Biden’s signature via the autopen. Let the subpoenas go forth. Let the investigation commence. Let sunlight be the best disinfectant.
