Somehow the memo is sitting unread on Progressive desks. 47 is having none of the “Resistance” shenanigans that monkey wrenched every proposal, policy or appointment under 45.
Colombia found out the hard way. Even during a Sunday on the golf course …
Those initial sanctions and tariffs were for one week. ONE. After that, tariffs would be hiked up to 50% and more sanctions would be added. President Trump wasn’t playing Colombia’s game.
Breakdown of today's Colombia news:
> Colombia abruptly rejects two military flights carrying illegals after previously approving them.
> Trump goes golfing at Trump National Doral Golf Club in Miami.
> Trump sends out a post on Truth, imposing 25% tariffs on Colombia.

… President Trump isn’t playing the usual High Caste politicking that exists amidst the Mandarin class, with all the intricate moves of delay and obfuscation that makes 18th Century castle gossip look first graders on the playground.
And as Trump moves his own people into executive branch positions, the more the Deep State and Legacy media grows increasingly shrill.
Reporter: Are we going to have deportation flights every single day?
Homan: YES.
Reporter: So we're gonna see this every single day?!
Homan: YES.pic.twitter.com/Llgfq5MPRP

Homan obviously befuddles every legacy media talking head who is working off the old How to Make a Republican Squish Squirm manual. Meanwhile, Tom is as dogged as Trump in getting the job done.
Sending Homan out to do the Sunday show circuit is almost as fun to watch as when J.D. Vance never lets the “reporter” set the agenda.
When is the left going to learn to stop challenging JD Vance? Who owns them every time. Watch this. pic.twitter.com/cruIyJuwR6

The strength and resolve isn’t limited to tackling the border issues. President Trump is poised to take on Gavin Newsom and the whole Socialist Democrat machine that runs the state.
WASHINGTON -U.S. President Donald Trump on Sunday issued an executive order directing the federal government to override the state of California’s water-management practices if they are found to be ineffective.
The order comes two days after Trump visited the Los Angeles region, which has been devastated by a series of wildfires. (snip)
His order directs federal agencies to “immediately take actions to override existing activities that unduly burden efforts to maximize water deliveries.”
It orders the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation to deliver more water and hydropower through the Central Valley Project, a network of dams, canals and other infrastructure, even if that conflicts with state or local laws.
It also orders the White House budget office to see whether it can attach conditions on federal aid to the state to ensure cooperation.
Water Wars in California is the stuff of history and legend (1974 movie Chinatown uses it as a core plot point). It remains a hot button topic, especially if one considers the number of reservoirs in California in 2025 is the same number of reservoirs as in 1979.
Gavin Newsom took some time out of his daily routine of oiling his hair and bad-mouthing Trump to preen about signing a $2.5 billion in disaster relief for SoCal. But nowhere in that bill is anything about water or wildfire mitigation.
Winning from Trump looks like getting California’s attention with the same proverbial 2×4 wielded against Colombia.
So much winning. Bigly.
