The transgender military ban has entered the land of perpetual limbo as a federal judge moved to block its implementation yesterday.
The judge, Ana Reyes, an LGBTQ+ judge, appointed by the Joe Biden DEI administration (of course), barred Trump, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and other military officials from implementing the order; stating the plaintiffs’ military statuses must remain unchanged until further order of the court.
Just a few days ago, Reyes tore into the ban at a recent hearing of a complaint filed by six transgender military members:
Let’s just use the Secretary of Defense [Pete] Hegseth’s own words: Transgender people lack warrior ethos, are liars, lack integrity, are not humble, are selfish and can’t meet physical mental fitness requirements. You would agree with me that calling people liars and lacking integrity and not able to meet rigorous standards for discipline is insulting: yes or no, or you can’t say?”-Ana Reyes
What Hegseth was referring to when he uttered the words “warrior ethos” is the idea that military readiness must be brought back to the forefront of our Armed Forces. You cannot have “warrior ethos” and readiness when focused on DEI and whether or not you hurt the feelings of other human beings in the barracks or on a battlefield. The military is here to kill and break things. THIS is their JOB. This is reality. And, yes, reality and war, God forbid we should see it, is harsh. Perhaps Reyes should have listened to this before going off on her rant on ethos:
Hegseth and the Trump administration called LGBTQ+ troops “liars who are not humble”, is the narrative they’re going with. Now, for the truth bomb: if you’re a biological man who thinks he is a women, you are, lying to others (and mostly yourself). If you are a man and think you are a woman, you are not “humble”. If you have to boast, load-and-proud about your gender ideology or your political leanings, you do not possess one ounce of humility. And, if you expect an organization to bend to your way of looking at the world? Well, yes, you are THAT selfish. While there may be room in modern culture for the likes of delusional Dylan Mulvaney and HIS outright mockery of what it truly means to be a woman, there is no room for lies, delusion, vanity and self-centered frivolity in combat.
Reyes wrote in her opinion that the president has both the power and obligation to ensure military readiness but noted that leaders of the armed forces have long used that justification to ‘deny marginalized persons the privilege of serving.'”-Ella Lee and Brooke Migdon, The Hill
First off, they’re not marginalized. They may say they are, but they are not. They are getting paid a salary, furnished housing and transitioning on the government’s dime. Remember Bradley Manning? Talk about lacking integrity!
The tax payer should not be paying for transgender surgery or medical treatment. That is a personal expense.

Truth. What kind of funding would be available if this spending was curbed?
VA is phasing out treatment for gender dysphoria. All savings from this change will go toward helping paralyzed Veterans and amputees. I mean no disrespect to anyone, but if Veterans want to attempt to change their sex, they can do so on their own dime. https://t.co/gVzUhx2JDi

I question the “warrior ethos” of those who favor taxpayer funding for their gender dysphoria over treatment for paralyzed Veterans and combat Vets with PTSD. I really do.
But, the victimhood train keeps a-rollin’:
Government attorneys said the Defense Department has a history of disqualifying people from military service if they have physical or emotional impairments, including mental health conditions.
In any context other than the one at issue in this case, DoD’s professional military judgment about the risks of allowing individuals with physical or emotional impairments to serve in the military would be virtually unquestionable.”-Attorneys from the National Center for Lesbian Rights and GLAD Law
Gender dysphoria is a mental health condition. But it’s one of these questionable physical or emotional impairments, you see. It’s completely normal to let a person who identifies as a TURTLE serve alongside of its brothers and sisters in arms, according to this logic, because gender dysphoria is no big deal. It’s not up there with schizophrenia or hearing voices. Although, arguably, a person with gender dysphoria hears loud voices in their head constantly telling them they are not their own biological sex and they would be happier as someone/something else? We won’t even mention other illnesses:
Medical disqualification. Cant be deployable when you need daily meds just like type 1 diabetics. pic.twitter.com/4V9zbyJydw

Just recently, one of my son’s friends wanted to enlist in the Air Force upon graduating high school. He was disqualified due to Celiac Disease. Think about this. One can not serve for fear of going into diabetic shock on a battlefield. One also cannot serve for fear he might ingest a gluten-loaded burger bun and have a subsequent bad gut reaction. But, you can enlist if you’re a guy and think you actually look good in a dress and need tampons for your imaginary period.
Crazy ethos hath taken over.
Currently, the “status quo” will be maintained. The “body positive” (AHEM-in dire need of Zero-dark-thirty-Porkchop Club PT sesh), trans “resilience trainer” with the corner office, adorned with a name plate that gives you the chosen pronouns du jour keeps his/her/they (whatever’s) job in the military. For now. Warrior ethos or something.

There was a 44 page report that was quite comprehensive, published in 2018, on the subject of transgender military service. At the time, it provided more than enough evidence they were not fit to serve, for a number of reasons.
After the report was released, trans were no longer admitted until Biden was elected. More importantly, they stopped catering to trans people, which eliminated a lot of wasted time, money, and manpower.
It seems impossible to find that report now, which is interesting.
I’m sure there is a copy somewhere they can hand to the judge. Link in this article doesn’t work, but it does reference the paper.

We do not need mentally ill people who have been turned into freaks serving in the military.
Judge shopping at its finest.. find an alphabet mafia judge, and you know they’ll rule the way you want on this shit.. long past time to throw these bums put..
