Vote-a-rama: The Last Scene Is Being Played Out In The Senate

We are now on the scene before passing the One Big Beautiful Budget Bill called Vote-a-rama. The Senate is acting out the drama where everyone can play a part. What is Vote-a-rama?

A vote-a-rama is a legislative event that was born out of the Congressional Budget Act of 1974, according to the Senate’s website.

Following a debate on a budget resolution or reconciliation bill, senators can introduce an unlimited number of amendments with each receiving a vote.

Between rules made up by the late Democrat White Supremacist Robert Byrd and these silly theater kids games like Vote-a-rama, the United States Senate is not a deliberative body, but a large circle jerk. And, the results are about the same.
