Both DHS Secretary Kristi Noem and Border Czar Tom Homan were both speaking at the Student Action Summit sponsored by Turning Point USA in Tampa Bay, Florida. DHS Secretary Noem was prayerful and calm. The Border Czar was brutally honest, in your face and gloriously manly.
