Joy Reid has a knack for reappearing every so often with something inflammatory enough to remind everyone she’s still around, and this time she’s dusted off one of the oldest, most tiresome lectures in American politics: Black people who dare to be conservative are somehow doing black wrong. Joe Biden may have actually said, “you ain’t black,” but apparently Reid liked the general idea enough to give us her own 2026 version.
