Well, of course. It turns out that Joe’s autopen pardon scandal was worse than we thought. You see, WH staffers had to beg for relevant and legal information showing that Joe knew what was going on and would authorize the signatures via autopen.
President Biden’s sweeping clemency grants during his final days in office caused concern inside the West Wing and Justice Department about how to ensure his wishes were accurately implemented — and it’s unclear whether Biden himself was consulted before thousands of pardons were announced, internal emails obtained exclusively by The Post show.
The messages indicate the 46th president orally approved commutations for inmates jailed for crack cocaine offenses on Jan. 11 — but his auto-penned signature wasn’t affixed to three documents listing about 2,500 recipients until the morning of Jan. 17.
The debate over who exactly to include in the mass pardons and how to modify their sentences came to a head late on the night of Jan. 16.
Then-White House Staff Secretary Stef Feldman, a key gatekeeper of the presidential autopen, wrote to West Wing lawyers she needed evidence Biden had consented before she authorized a mechanical signature on one of the most sweeping acts of clemency in American history.
Stop and think about that for a few minutes. The White House and DOJ typically put together a list of people who they think should receive pardons or of folks who’ve requested pardons, and then review the cases. Once the list is narrowed down, all of that is supposed to be submitted to the President with a case file to review. It’s looking more and more evident that Joe…didn’t review ANYTHING.
Former President Joe Biden only signed one pardon by hand during his final weeks in office, and it was his most controversial one.
The Justice Department is reviewing the list of people granted pardons by Biden amid new concerns about his use of an autopen to automatically sign documents and concerns about his state of mind and mental acuity in his final months in office.
Biden used his final weeks as commander in chief to grant clemency and pardon more than 1,500 people in what his White House described as the largest single-day act of clemency by a U.S. president.
Of course, as the world knows, the only actual signature on a pardon document was Joe’s ten year blanket pardon of his son, Hunter Biden.
Here’s the additional issue with Joe’s autopen pardons. The White House staffers were having to BEG for evidence that Joe had even reviewed the documents let alone agreed to the pardons. It was quite the scramble.
Then-White House Staff Secretary Stef Feldman, a key gatekeeper of the presidential autopen, wrote to West Wing lawyers she needed evidence Biden had consented before she authorized a mechanical signature on one of the most sweeping acts of clemency in American history.
“I’m going to need email from [Deputy Assistant to the President] Rosa [Po] on original chain confirming P[resident] signs off on the specific documents when they are ready,” Feldman wrote to five other Biden aides at 9:16 p.m.
Six minutes later, deputy White House counsel Tyeesha Dixon, one of the email recipients, forwarded the message to Michael Posada, chief of staff to the White House counsel’s office.
“Michael, thoughts on how to handle this?” Dixon asked, adding in reference to the documents authorizing clemency: “He doesn’t review the warrants.”
“Ok talked to Stef,” Posada replied to Dixon at 10:06 p.m.
They were asking for something…ANYTHING to confirm that Joe had read the files and could confirm that yes, these are all the people he wanted to give pardons to. There’s no actual verification that that happened.
Yet, by 4:59 am… the pardons were signed and away we went.
Did anyone really believe that Joe Biden personally pardoned 4,250 people?

Seriously.
Joe Biden couldn’t READ the names of 4,000 people let alone know their cases enough to warrant him giving them a pardon.
This is major fraud.
Yes, it is indeed major fraud. And yes, Joe Biden didn’t know what the hell he was doing, saying, or signing. All the stories of ‘now it can be told’ about Joe’s cognitive decline back that up.
All of those pardons really should be null and void. For those pardons to be legitimate, the signer of those pardons needed to be fully aware of the details of each case. It’s more and more evident that Joe..didn’t have a clue.
Even those at the DOJ were concerned about the ramifications of issuing pardons without Joe’s input.
Then-Associate Deputy Attorney General Bradley Weinsheimer wrote to Dixon and Evans on Jan. 18 that he too was concerned about the vague wording of the clemency warrants impacting dozens of more serious cases.
“I think the language ‘offenses described to the Department of Justice’ in the warrant is highly problematic and in order to resolve its meaning appropriately, and consistent with the President’s intent, we will need a statement or direction from the President as to how to interpret the language,” he wrote in an email previously reported by The Post.
The result of that vagueness could be that “[b]ecause no offenses have been described to the Department from the President, the commutations do not take effect… . I have no idea what interpretation the incoming Administration will give to the warrant, but they may find this interpretation attractive.”
He requested “a statement of direction from the President as to the meaning of the warrant language.”
Did that ever happen? No one seems to know or is speaking out on the matter. The use of autopens is a problem. The use of the autopen during Joe Biden’s Presidency is a VERY BIG problem.

This is the cherry on top of the Biden crime family corruption scheme.
Is Joe Biden really in charge any longer? He was barely involved in the budget debate that just happened, and once he was done pardoning his son,…
