Given DOCTOR Jill Biden likes to dress with leftover fabric from Grandma’s sofa, she’s more of an inside “fashion don’t” than an outside fashion plate. The bad DOCTOR is also considered a monster for allowing her husband to deteriorate so publicly. So choosing Jill as a cover hag is more protecting the power structure than anything to do with fashion.
