This afternoon, writers Sophia Rosenbaum and Laura Italiano of the New York Post put up an article that should sicken every man, woman and child on Planet Earth. The article is titled “California Massacre Victim Ranted About Muslims on Facebook”.

Are these ladies implying that Mr. Thalasinos was murdered at a work holiday party because of his Facebook posts?

One of the victims of the San Bernardino massacre was a Messianic Jew who filled his Facebook page with condemnations of Muslims and impassioned screeds against jihadist terror.

Oh my goodness, he was a Messianic Jew? He wrote condemnations of Muslims? He wrote impassioned screeds against jihadist terror? What, ladies, he should write songs of praise for jihadist terror!?

“On behalf of this guy… You can stick your Million Muslim March up your asses,” victim Nicholas Thalasinos posted on Sept. 11, 2013, alongside a photo of a shirtless victim plummeting to his death from the burning World Trade Center.

Mr. Thalasinos didn’t make that meme. It is from MisguidedChildren.com, which is a website started by U.S. Marine veterans. In addition to being called “Devil Dogs”, Marines are also known as Uncle Sam’s Misguided Children. Try Google, ladies.

Then, there is this from the article:

Under “Education,” Thalasinos listed on Facebook, “Studied Conservatism at Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies.”

Well, that tears it. Mr. Thalasinos deserved to die because he listens to Rush Limbaugh. Oh, the horror of it all.

Rosenbaum and Italiano also report Mr. Thalasinos final post on Tuesday, the day before he was murdered.

His last post, made Tuesday, was a response to a Ukrainian man, Med Ali Zarouk, who’d posted, “You will never sucsseed[sic] to make a country for jews, because you are criminals and cowards… soon you ll get your ass kicked, you will die dand never see israel as country believe me never.”

Thalasinos responded, “My new hobby appears to be BLOCKING PAGAN ANTISEMITIC TROGLODYTES so I’m just passing this along to warn others.”

Shame on Mr. Thalasinos for retorting to an Anti-Semite. Farooq Saeed and the Mrs. apparently had good reason for murdering Mr. Thaslasinos and his co-workers (read with dripping sarcasm).

One might expect this kind of low filth from Chris Matthews or one of the others MSNBC talkers, but the New York Post?

Reading through his Facebook page, one finds a man who was pro-life, who loved The Messiah, had a twin brother, two grown sons and wife. If he disliked Muslims, that is his right as an American. There is no evidence that he was ill-behaved toward his murderer.

Victim shaming is never good. Shame on Sophia Rosenbaum, Laura Italiano and the New York Post. Rest in Peace, Nicholas Thalasinos.
