The FBI and an agent from the U.S. Capitol Police served a warrant on Wednesday at the home of Paul and Marilyn Hueper, who said the search was related to the siege of Congress. (snip)
Hueper said the warrant did not specifically name Pelosi but said she was told by officers they were searching for the laptop. (snip)
Hueper said agents broke down her door Wednesday morning as she, her husband, and other guests were asleep.
Officers had their guns drawn and handcuffed everyone in the home, including their guests, Hueper said. The woman said she and her husband were placed in different rooms and couldn’t see what was happening as officers searched.
Remember when Lady Gaga’s dogs were kidnapped and her dog walker shot? And how it was immediately assumed it was MAGA-hatted Domestic Terrorists because Gaga in her Hunger Games costume sang at Zombie Biden’s inauguration? FBI leaping into action?
The FBI is reportedly investigating whether the dognapping of Lady Gaga’s bulldogs was politically motivated because she sang at President Joe Biden’s inauguration last month.
According to The Sun, FBI agents who specialize in kidnapping and ransom cases are working with the Los Angeles Police Department to find out ‘exactly what motivated this incident’.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, five suspects were arrested Tuesday on varying charges, including attempted murder of the star’s dog walker, Ryan Fischer, and robbery. (snip)
Police arrested James Jackson, 18, Jaylin White, 19, and Lafayette Whaley, 27, in connection with the violent dognapping. They are charged with attempted murder, conspiracy to commit robbery and second-degree robbery, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. (snip)
Harold White, 40, and Jennifer McBride, 50, were arrested and accused of being accessories to the attack. The elder White also was charged with one count of possession of a firearm and McBride faces a charge of receiving stolen property.
McBride was the alleged “Good Samaritan” who found the dogs and turned them in for Gaga’s reward for return of the dogs (no word on what her almost-murdered dogwalker thought about that). Funny thing here is that in all the coverage of this incident, we know little about these criminals except The Whites, Jackson and Whaley are all “documented gang members from Los Angeles,” said the statement. … and not one booking photo to be found. Curious, eh?

With little notice, California on Saturday is increasing early release credits for 76,000 inmates, including violent and repeat felons, as it further trims the population of what once was the nation’s largest state correctional system.
More than 63,000 inmates convicted of violent crimes will be eligible for good behavior credits that shorten their sentences by one-third instead of the one-fifth that had been in place since 2017.
That includes nearly 20,000 inmates who are serving life sentences with the possibility of parole.

No, it probably mentioned it solely by the serial number or its inventory number for Congress. And, no, they did not serve a warrant. They kicked down the door.

Then we can eliminate ideas. And ideas are dangerous. What’s the temperature out there? Have we reached 451F yet?

I wonder, is that within the law? Or is this just executive fiat allowed because of some wide open interpretation of the law? Either way it proves Californians no longer run their state.
