It’s as many of us thought. Someone within the White House Press Office edited Biden’s garbage remarks. And did so in a major breach of protocol.
Remember the other day when I stated that Joe Biden said it and MEANT what he said? Yes, he absolutely called Trump supporters garbage, PLURAL. Not singular.

There was no apostrophe to be found. Yet that was the narrative many have chosen to run with. It wasn’t just the media who swung into action to clean up on Aisle Biden. The White House decided that they too needed to sweep this kerfuffle under the rug.
White House press officials altered the official transcript of a call in which President Joe Biden appeared to take a swipe at supporters of Donald Trump, drawing objections from the federal workers who document such remarks for posterity, according to two U.S. government officials and an internal email obtained Thursday by The Associated Press.
Who are they protecting? Joe, or are they trying to salvage something of Kamala’s campaign? Or both? What we do know is the left totally lost their minds when Trump trolled Biden.
The fact is, the White House Press Office committed a serious breach of protocol.
“If there is a difference in interpretation, the Press Office may choose to withhold the transcript but cannot edit it independently,” the supervisor of the White House stenographers fumed in an email to the press office, obtained by the Associated Press.
Our Stenography Office transcript — released to our distro, which includes the National Archives — is now different than the version edited and released to the public by Press Office staff,” the missive continued.
The supervisor further declared that the way the situation was handled amounted to “a breach of protocol and spoilation of transcript integrity between the Stenography and Press Offices.”
Here’s the supposed official White House transcript of his remarks.
And just the other day, a speaker at his rally called Puerto Rico a “floating island of garbage.” Well, let me tell you something. I don’t — I — I don’t know the Puerto Rican that — that I know — or a Puerto Rico, where I’m fr- — in my home state of Delaware, they’re good, decent, honorable people. The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporter’s — his — his demonization of Latinos is unconscionable, and it’s un-American. It’s totally contrary to everything we’ve done, everything we’ve been.
Compare that with the video above. You tell me? Was he talking about the comedian or was he talking about half the country?
Yet, supposedly the White House Press Office quickly consulted with Joe and got the REAL story. However, this new report calls the veracity of the transcript and all the supposed conversations into question. Understandably the WH stenographers (many of whom have been there for years) aren’t pleased that they’ve essentially been thrown under the bus. It calls their work and credibility into question.
“If there is a difference in interpretation, the Press Office may choose to withhold the transcript but cannot edit it independently,” the supervisor wrote, adding, “Our Stenography Office transcript — released to our distro, which includes the National Archives — is now different than the version edited and released to the public by Press Office staff.”

The two-person stenography team on duty that evening — a “typer” and “proofer” — said any edit to the transcript would have to be approved by their supervisor, the head of stenographers’ office.
You know, for the last few years I’ve thought those transcribing Joe’s remarks, or having to sign for an audience have an exceptionally tough job as he wanders off the reservation every 5th sentence. However, for their transcription to be altered in a hasty move to “fix” an issue is indeed a huge breach of protocol.
Joe said what he said and he MEANT IT.
The stories that will come out about this White House in the next six months to a year are going to be completely unbelievable to everyone except the people who've always believed them. https://t.co/GmzyJhFJDd

Agreed. A FOI request to the National Archives for the transcription should happen as well. Will there be retractions? I doubt it. They don’t DO retractions you peasants!
It’s so interesting that JD Vance and Joe Rogan were just talking about censorship.
All that was needed was an unending series of victories over your own memory.

'Reality control', they called it https://t.co/hKJUj6QONi pic.twitter.com/VXS5xwCo0t
If it walks like a duck…
Kind of wild that the White House clearly broke the law by illegally editing an official transcript *over* the objection of the Stenography Office, and it's not even a question that no one will be investigated, much less charged.

They’ll shrug and move on, hoping all this will be memory-holed in a hot minute. Especially when the media helpfully adopts the edit!
I’ll say it again. Joe Biden meant what he said. Americans who support Trump are garbage. The fact that there’s a major effort to clean up his remarks, which includes a serious breach of protocol, continues to show how desperate they are.

The insertion of the apostrophe makes the comment gibberish. It doesn’t even make sense.
Whoever did this would have failed grade school english.
