Imagine thinking as a parent that your child is going to have such a fun time on the field trip to the museum. Or to the zoo. Or to a local farm or a pumpkin patch-only to find out your child is going to a mosque.
A mosque, I said.
That’s what parents of Palo Alto Unified School District in California learned last year. Their kids were visiting a mosque, as part of Palo Alto High School’s Social Justice Pathway curriculum.
Now, I know what you’re thinking. Any sensible parent who has a say in their child’s education would tell their teenage son or daughter to steer clear of “social justice curriculum” and keep their eyes on a more lucrative career pathway-like medicine or the trades. You know, a career pathway where one can actually become gainfully employed rather than a victim and a leech on society? But I digress.
The Muslim Community Association was gracious enough to offer a tour of the mosque. This, according to a lawsuit filed on August 7th:
This civil-rights action challenges a public-school district’s sponsorship and facilitation of religious activity and elevation of Islam vis-à-vis other faiths during a school-sponsored field trip connected to Palo Alto High School’s Social Justice Pathway (“SJP”).
Parents from different faiths have filed a joint lawsuit against Palo Alto District in CA for taking students on a field trip to a local mosque.
They were encouraged to put on religious garb while there without the parents consent.
They were given Qurans and told that Islam… pic.twitter.com/sK9JbQJfSF

Imagine taking them all to a Pentecostal revival! The speaking in tongues. The shouting. The dancing. The uncontrollable shaking from being “moved by the spirit”. Nah. These kiddos were just handed Qurans and religious attire and were told to wear it on site because “Islam promotes social justice” or something.
As we approach the 25th anniversary of 9/11, the last thing I equate Islam with is “social justice”. Back to the lawsuit.
The suit was filed by several families of-wait for it-non-Christian denominations. A group of Jewish, Hindu and Zoroastrian actually parents filed the suit. An added bonus to the trip where female students were encouraged to don hijabs was a pep talk from Zahra Billoo, the executive director of the Bay Area office of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) who pretty much hates Jews.
The complaint describes students as having been ‘exposed’ to me, calls me a ‘controversial speaker’ and alleges that I was given ‘unfettered access’ to advocate my religious and political views.
Personally, I wish I had been ‘exposed’ to someone like me in high school. I would have appreciated hearing from a woman of color who had built a career serving her community.”-Zahra Billoo
Someone to talk about “polite Zionism“, and not being nice to these “polite Zionists”, Zahra? These “baby killers”? Is this you?
They will take your friendship and throw your Palestinian brothers and sisters under the bus.”-Zahra Billoo
Attorney David Rosenberg-Wohl, who is representing the parents, said that the issue at hand is a public school like Palo Alto High School specifically promoting Islam in its Social Justice Pathway curriculum:
In effect, kids are being told that if they are progressive and interested in social justice, Islam is the faith for them. That is not the business of a public school. It’s not an issue of religion v. religion. It’s an American one. The separation of church and state is a bedrock issue here.”-David Rosenberg-Wohl
Except if they’re gay or trans and progressive. Then, they would be thrown off of a roof.
Hmmm the Education System takes morning prayer out of schools because is separation of church and state. Yet these same people force kids to visit a mosque, force them to wear mandated clothing and given religious material to take home. What happened to the SEPARATION every…

Palo Alto Unified Superintendent Jason Glass and Palo Alto High School’s principal Brent Kline have “no comment”. Of course, they don’t.
I have so many questions here. Like, are there Girl Scout Cookies? And, why would schools be receiving taxpayer dollars for “social justice curriculum”? And, if “social justice” involves a reverence and appreciation of all walks of faith when is the church visit? Is a synagogue trip on the books? Have the overpaid “curriculum directors” reached out to the local gurdwara? I’m sure the Buddhist temple would also welcome students. Then, there’s this glaring fact:
"Social justice" for whom? Certainly not for females! Female Genital Mutilation being forced onto girls so they can never experience sexual pleasure is NOT "social justice" you absolute misogynistic assh*les @PaloAltoUnified.
Females being forced to wear hijabs/burqas is NOT…

The public education system has lied to our children and these lies have been blatant over the past 6 years. First, they told kids we all might die and this is why they all had to stay the hell home. Then, they told girls they could be boys and boys could be girls. They took the Pledge of Allegiance out of our schools and called it the “Flag Salute”, only reciting the first few lines. Now, they’re taking field trips to mosques. Just weeks before the anniversary of that horrific day Muslim extremists attacked us.
How many teachers will talk about this in a few weeks? While our kids are getting free copies of the Quran to peruse in the name of “social justice”, other nations are smoking us on literacy, science and mathematics. These knuckleheads don’t even know what’s happening. And if they do, they don’t care. And that, my friends who have school-aged children, should be all you need to know.

People need to lose their jobs over this but we know that’s not going to happen.
Just wondering: During those mass “head on the floor” kneelings….what happens if someone farts? My guess is immediate beheading !!
