Dear Mr. Zucker –

We are all horrified by the acts of domestic terrorism that resulted in pipe bombs being sent to some prominent Democratic figures. This is not how citizens in a civilized nation conduct themselves, and this is certainly not the way to air opposing political views.

But your tweet, placing blame on the shoulders of the Trump administration, and specifically the President and Press Secretary Sarah Sanders, and whining about what you perceive to be “attacks on the media” as being responsible for the reprehensible acts of an unhinged individual or group show just how twisted with hatred, irrational, and downright tonedeaf you are.

Words matter?

If words matter, why has there not been wholesale condemnation of Eric Holder’s recent speech that encouraged the Democratic Party to kick its political opponents?

Why did you not snivel that words matter when Maxine Waters urged her lunatic moron supporters to harass Trump administration officials?

Where was your denunciation of Hillary Clinton’s assertion that you cannot be civil toward your political opponents, and threatening there will be no civility until Democrats seize control of government?

There was no condemnation of this violent rhetoric, and yet you have the unmitigated gall to whine about this administration’s “attacks” on the media?

You have the balls to play victim and blame mean bully Trump and Sarah Sanders for the act of an obviously unhinged criminal?

Why?

Because this White House has the temerity to call you out on your misinformation, bias, and outright lies!

CNN’s Chris Cillizza makes it his mission in life to publish as many attacks and lies about the President as he can. It’s as if he’s a high school girl desperate for attention from Trump, so he just keeps attacking in hopes that the President will notice him.

Remember when Cillizza called Trump a liar after the President warned of voter fraud in the 2018 elections, which Cillizza called “non-existent?” Well, Cillizza is either a fucktard with no access to the Internet or an equivocating asshole, because voter fraud does exist. In Texas it seems to happen quite a bit. It happens in California. It happens in Florida. It happens in New York. And that’s after a cursory Google search.

So which is it, Mr. Zucker? Is Cillizza lazy, a liar, or just unhinged and desperate to attack the President?

What about your own Don Lemon who shrugged off the mob accosting Ted Cruz and his wife in a restaurant? “It comes with the territory,” he said. “This is what he signed up for,” he claimed.

What about when the Washington Post ran a story about the Trump administration denying passports to Latin-Americans that was so false, that even the Huffington Post called the lie?

The Federalist by February 2017 had already gathered 16 ridiculous, misleading, or outright fake stories published by the mainstream media about Trump.

USA Today last December had a cute little compilation of all the false stories and outright lies published by you and your media pals about Trump and warned the mainstream outlets to chill the hell out.

Two weeks ago, Brian Ross of ABC News falsely reported that Donald Trump had instructed Michael Flynn to contact Russian officials during the presidential campaign. His blockbuster collusion news ignited a media frenzy and sent the stock market tumbling.

Hours later, ABC News “clarified” that this had actually occurred during the transition and, therefore, had nothing to do with foreign influence on the 2016 election. Ross was suspended for four weeks and barred from reporting on Trump ever again.

Last week, The Wall Street Journal claimed that special counsel Robert Mueller had subpoenaed Trump’s financial records from Deutsche Bank. The newspaper was forced to correct their stories, as that had never happened. Trump’s spokesperson and his lawyer both savaged the press over the widely-reported error.

On Friday, CNN falsely claimed that Trump, his son and others received access to stolen DNC emails nine days before WikiLeaks released them online. Once again, CNN was forced to correct the record when they learned the campaign only received the documents after they were made public to everyone.

You and your pals didn’t listen, and continued to give Trump the ammunition to ridicule you and castigate you as dishonest, biased, and untrustworthy.

And now you have the balls to blame him for the attacks, you hypocritical, lying swine?

It certainly looks like from where we sit that you are the one who exhibits a “total and complete lack of understanding” about the seriousness of your sloppy reporting, your malicious attacks, your bias that’s obvious to anyone who isn’t snorting meth, and your hypocrisy.

You are responsible for the lack of civility in this country!

You are responsible for the violence – you and your media pals who glamorize these incidents and shrug them off as nothing when your liberal pals attack, assault, and encourage violence against people with whom you disagree.

You are responsible for the breakdown of order and the slow disintegration of decency in our Republic.

You fomented this, so take some damn responsibility for what your network and other news outlets been encouraging and fomenting for the past two years, and have some human decency to shut the fuck up until the investigation into these incidents is complete before laying blame at the feet of the President!

Words do matter, Mr. Zucker, and your words speak more about your clueless, tonedeaf double standards than you know.
