The President of the United States is looking more and more like a Modern day Nero these days.  Mr. Obama went off to>Europe without even a statement about Stephen Sotloff’s vicious murder by a gang of Islamic radicals.  About the only thing nice to say about Mr. Obama was that at least there was not a fist-bump on the golf course this time.  That we saw. Per the Daily Mail he was not this classy when seen right after his press conference a couple weeks ago:

Just two weeks ago, the president was widely criticized for being pictured fist-bumping on the golf course minutes after solemnly addressing the nation about an ISIS video showing photojournalist James Foley’s death.

And this time the media was livid.  Seems they are concerned that Obama may abandon them next.  A valid concern also addressed by the Daily Mail and Christiane Amanpour of CNN.

CNN’s Christiane Amanpour seemed out of patience on Tuesday.

‘You say “stay tuned,” she snapped at McGurk, ‘but in the meantime ISIS is busy beheading our colleagues, threatening more of them, massacring people on the ground and conducting the kind of brutality that we haven’t seen in a long, long time.’

This rather horrid statement is what the state department released (after a YEAR yes 365.25 days to be exact) complete with Um uh at least a dozen times.  By the Press Secretary.  Nice grammar by the “best and brightest”
