Apparently, Obama’s having a tough time with Sheriff Joe, who just can’t seem to control his verbal diarrhea:
President Obama is so “distracted by his vice president’s indiscipline” that he has been forced to rebuke privately Vice President Joe Biden, according to a new book by Newsweek journalist Richard Wolffe, who interviewed Obama a dozen times.
“He can’t keep his mouth shut,” Wolffe quotes a “senior Obama aide” as saying of the gaffe-prone Biden in “Renegade: The Making of a President,” set for release June 2.
Clearly, Joe Biden with all of his wisdom and experience is a much better vice president than that uneducated Alaskan yokel Sarah Palin would have been.
In all seriousness though, I’m pretty sure that all of us on the right side of the blogosphere were all shocked that Obama picked Biden to begin with. His numerous blunders throughout the campaign and for that matter, his entire career, were bad enough; what on Earth made Obama think that Biden would suddenly and miraculously get better as soon as he become the VP?
