In a direct challenge to President Trump’s executive order banning male athletes from participating in women’s sports, a male athlete just clinched the girls’ pole vaulting championship in Maine.

A male athlete, John Spencer, wants us all to believe he’s a girl. John now goes by the name Katie. I’ll continue to call him John. And John wants to compete in women’s sports. And Maine says yes, they agree.

Surprise, surprise—he just snagged first place in the female pole vaulting championship. Because, of course, it’s totally fair for someone with a male body to compete against girls. But hey, who cares about biology when we can all pretend this makes sense, right?

What is wrong with the people of Maine?

A boy masquerading as a girl won the pole vault event in the Maine State Class B Championship this week, dominating the actual girls in the competition and helping secure his high school’s overall state championship title.

Katie Spencer,a biological boy born “John,” placed first in the pole vault event, after which he posted for a photo towering over his female competitors, Kessa Benner and Briella Boudreau, who tied for second. Spencer sailed over the pole at a height of 10’6”, compared to Banner and Boudreaux’s 10-foot clearance.

The “Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports” Executive Order protects women and girls by ensuring they don’t have to compete against males in sports. It upholds Title IX’s equality, requiring athletic categories to be based on biological sex, not gender identity. The order stresses fairness and safety, calling for regular reviews of sports policies to enforce these standards.

In early February, Trump signed the executive order barring schools that receive federal funding from allowing biological males to compete in women’s sports. In the wake of this order, the Maine Principal’s Association, which oversees school sports in the state, and local schools are continuing to allow biological males in female competitions, which the Maine Wire noted would put their funding in “jeopardy.” – The Post Millennial

If they aren’t afraid of losing federal funding, the obvious question is—why? Are they banking on alternative funding? If so, from where? Who’s pulling the strings? And then there’s the Maine Principals’ Association—who are they really, and why do they wield so much influence over school policies? Parents in Maine should be asking these questions, if they aren’t already. Because if a school district is this willing to defy federal law, you have to wonder what else they’re quietly pushing behind the scenes.

Not only did this boy cheat in the pole vault, but his team, Greely High School, ended up winning the girls’ team state championship because of his points.

Maine’s Department of Education is sidestepping the “Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports” Executive Order by claiming that a different order, “Defending Women From Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth,” doesn’t apply to their local laws or school policies.

First, are these fools in Maine seriously trying to use this as a loophole? It’s beyond stupid. It seems Maine is more focused on pushing men into girls’ sports and shoving this ‘transcult’ fetish into classrooms instead of teaching reading comprehension.

Second, who in their right mind thinks men competing against women is fair? Oh wait, I answered my own question—they clearly aren’t in their right minds. But we’ve already known this, so why this continues to be a thing is exasperating.

And finally, will Greely High School lose its federal funding like the Executive Order demands?

Eventually, wouldn’t you like to see the Department of Education abolished? But that’s a different blog post for another time.

Can anyone make sense of this update from the Maine Principals’ Association from about nine months ago? If so, drop your thoughts in the comments because, honestly, I’m struggling to follow along.

Let’s not pretend this isn’t ridiculous. The endless pronouns and transgender psychobabble are designed to confuse us, but I’m just a regular woman—I recognize only two sexes: male and female. And guess what? They’re vastly different.

I had hoped that with Donald Trump back in office, sanity would be fully restored. And while we are making huge strides in reclaiming American values and traditions, the crazies are still out there, doing everything they can to slip their poison into the apple pie.
