Laken Riley Receives Georgia Justice On Biden’s Birthday

Thank God the Defendant’s lawyers asked for a bench trial. There was a minimum of courtroom theatrics, and the process was not drawn out. The bipedal piece of filth who murdered Laken Riley was found guilty on all counts by the Judge in Georgia. This is the closest thing to justice that Laken, her family and friends, and the public that we will ever know on Earth.

Justice? What is that? The verdict from NBC News:

The man accused of killing Georgia nursing student Laken Riley was found guilty of murder Wednesday in a case that became a flashpoint in the immigration debate earlier this year, ahead of the presidential election.

Jose Antonio Ibarra, 26, was convicted on three counts of felony murder and counts of malice murder, kidnapping with bodily injury, aggravated assault with intent to rape and “peeping Tom.” He faces life in prison without the possibility of parole.

The decision was handed down by Athens-Clarke County Superior Court Judge H. Patrick Haggard on the fourth day of a bench trial. Ibarra waived his right to a jury trial and did not testify in his own defense. Haggard delivered the verdict after taking a 20 minute break following closing arguments. Sobbing could be heard in the courtroom as he spoke.

Teary eyes were seen at my house listening to all the Victim Impact Statements. Laken’s Mother’s statement was brutal:

Allyson Phillips, Riley’s mother, cried as she read her victim impact statement before sentencing, saying that Ibarra had “robbed us all of our hopes and dreams with Laken.”

“This monster took away our chances to see Laken graduate from nursing school,” Phillips said through tears. “He took away our ability to meet our future son-in-law. He destroyed our chances of meeting our grandchildren, and he took my best friend.”

“He took away every beautiful memory we won’t ever be able to make with her again,” she said.

Phillips urged the judge to sentence Ibarra to life without the possibility of parole “so that he never gets the chance to hurt anyone else ever again.”

Laken’s own words, written about her future husband, were read out by her Stepfather:

Friend after friend gave statements about how Laken Riley had a great laugh and was a great friend. Do you remember being 22 years old and your friendships and hopes for the future. This is all the justice we are going to get. I think about her Garmin watch showing the time when her heart stopped. She fought for 18 minutes against the human animal. Is this really all the justice we get?

The animal who killed Laken Riley was not some starving urchin who rucked across the Darien Gap looking for a better life. He was a criminal animal of military age bent on committing more crimes.

But, the District Attorney, who has since been defeated, didn’t want to be mean to illegal aliens:

No mention of justice. When the Judge pronounced the sentence, he talked about the fallacy of closure:

Today, on this day of Justice, Joe Biden celebrates his 82nd birthday. He has gotten 60 more birthdays than Laken Riley, so far. Her life, though short, was far more impactful in a positive way than Joe’s is.

On Earth, this is what we are going to get for Justice for Laken Riley:

God Bless and Protect her family and friends.

Sure would be nice if the piece of crap was Epsteined…

Here’s hoping that the DA ( ex) gets some karmic justice as well.. she’s obviously more concerned about her rainbow crap than actual justice.. well, at least she’ll have plenty of time for that now that she’s gotten the boot..

      Disagree completely.

I hope that human piece of shit lives a long and miserable life in gen-pop. I hope the prison hospital ward is well-stocked and manned by incredibly competent medical professionals. I hope whichever shithole he ends up in has a steady supply of shiv-wielding, vengeful but incompetent, attemptive murderers.

I hope that man never knows a minute of respite and lives for another 100 years.

I seriously believe that, if a man is beyond repentance, the courts should just put him down and be done with it – but if we must rely on the unspoken code of prison life (rather than the courts) to find some semblance of justice, then I’ll take it in the form of the maximum amount of schadenfreude.

If this murderer spends his life in prison, he will be punished. Should he be executed? The Bible makes it clear that would be appropriate.

“Genesis 9:6 New American Standard Bible
    6 Whoever sheds human blood,
By man his blood shall be shed,
For in the image of God
    He made mankind.”

The mission of our justice system is to deter crime. When a murderer is executed, he cannot kill an innocent person again. So, when we have a criminal of this sort, someone who can kill another without any regard for human life, it makes sense to execute them. Dead this murder cannot kill again. Alive and free it is almost certain he will kill again.

Still, there is no way to make prison a pleasant place. That fellow will spend the rest of his days with people too much like himself. Because of the people who populate prisons, I suspect a prison is a little bit like Hell.

This dung tick needed the death penalty the same day as sentencing. The Soros DA from that county has now allowed this animal to live in prison at our expense the rest of his life and will continue to haunt the memories of Laken’s family and friends. I was brought to a combination of tears and anger listening to the victim impact statements and Laken’s letter to her future husband. I can now only hope for some prison justice in the form of multiple shanks and that right soon. However this monster is part of a criminal gang and will have some protection. Mayorkas, Biden, and Kamala need to be tried as accessories to her murder.

Life is not always life… in a few years he’ll be up for parole and will probably be released.
