Kamala Harris is not one to linger outside the spotlight very long. She’s doing the obligatory book tour after her loss to President Trump in an effort to keep her name in front of potential future voters with her usual panache.
You must remember that Kamala’s life has been one of failing her way up the career ladder. She’s the Peter Principle in action who has not only used others for advancement but is earnest in her claims of self-made success. Any losses, though, are Other People’s Fault. And her book tour is a case in point.
Washington Examiner Senior Writer Joe Concha said Tuesday that former Vice President Kamala Harris will not hold any political office again, adding that her book tour is “celebrating” her massive loss in 2024. (snip)
“She has sold some books, yes, but she’s basically destroying any chance she has of being president again because she’s made so many enemies on the Democrat side in terms of bashing the [former Transportation Secretary] Pete Buttigiegs of the world for not, I guess, for being gay, or [Democratic Pennsylvania Gov.] Josh Shapiro for being Jewish,” Concha said on Fox Business’s Varney & Co., guesthosted by Ashley Webster.
“Here is what I know: when you run the worst presidential campaign ever, you lose every swing state, the popular vote, Republicans won back the Senate, they held the house, 89% of counties went more red than blue. Why would you write a whole book and go on a book tour celebrating that or trying to explain it?” Concha said.
Because Mz. “I’m talking” actually believes her own excuses. I’m sure she sees her alleged 350,000-books-sold as some sort of expression of continuing support just simmering to be let loose on the wretched dummies who voted for Trump.
How, then, does Harris explain Trump’s appeal to so many Americans? Her answer is simple — his supporters have fallen victim to an elaborate con. “I don’t know the man,” Harris said. “I debated him; I shook his hand. During the brief conversation we had he sounded very normal. That’s what con men do.” (snip)
“He lied, but people believed him.” Of course: Harris could only have lost the election because half of all Americans are suckers, not because of her own egregious weaknesses as a candidate.
Kamala remains vague when asked on what her future looks like. Running for President again?

Of course, Kamala could run for CA governor, too. I’d pay extra for gourmet popcorn to watch a debate between her and Katie “Get the fuxx outta my shot” Porter.
Yet, Kamala hasn’t yet committed to what she is going to pursue in the future. President? Governor? Or …. ?
There’s always room in Hollywood for Willie Brown’s erstwhile lover. That pretty much qualifies her for acting and we know she can speak when she has a tight script to follow. If she can’t be President of the United States, why not follow in Stacey Abrams footsteps and be President of Earth?
Harris’ people could scout out the Food Channel and get her a cooking show. 101 Ways to Cook with boxed wine?
Hey, there’s endless possibilities for “What’s next” for Mz. Roundheels. Just as far away from any power position as possible. Please.
