Jill Biden Bears Moral Responsibility – But Legal Culpability?

Attempting to divert attention away from Joe Biden’s cognitive decline by throwing down the red card of an advanced cancer diagnosis feels insane – and on brand for the Bidens.

At the center of it all, by default, is Jill Biden. Any honest broker should have known that Joe was in decline. There is little doubt among doctors speaking to the media that this type of aggressive prostate cancer does not metastasize within a matter of months – which means that Joe Biden has now had prostate cancer for years.

With the news that Joe Biden’s days on earth are obviously numbered, his family is hoping to blunt any future speculation or attacks on his presidency or person. Which is why granddaughter Naomi was out blasting Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson’s new book, which was officially released today.

Naomi Biden, the 31-year-old daughter of Hunter Biden, went on a tirade against the CNN anchor and his co-author, Axios reporter Alex Thompson, a day after it was revealed the ex-president is suffering from prostate cancer.

“Just read a copy of this silly book, and if anyone is curious for a review from someone who lived it first-hand: this book is political fairy smut for the permanent, professional chattering class,” she wrote on X.

“The ones who rarely enter the arena, but profit from the spectacle of those that do.”

While the authors say they interviewed more than 200 people, Naomi Biden complained the book “relies on unnamed, anonymous sources pushing a self-serving false narrative that absolves them of any responsibility for our current national nightmare” in a reference to the Trump administration.

“All of this at the expense of a man so completely good and honest that it is impossible for these people to ever understand the why or how of it all,” she insisted. “There are real stories to be told and one day they will be. I suspect history will reward the truth.”

Naomi Biden is entitled to her own opinion, however skewed it may be. After all, she herself benefited from keeping Grandpa in the White House with a wedding on the grounds, a Vogue Magazine photoshoot of the wedding itself, and free housing at the White House. Also, her description of Grandpa Joe as “so completely good and honest” runs smack into his treatment of her own half-sister, which the entire family has tried very hard to forget about. A “completely good and honest” man would have insisted that his son “man up” and claim and provide for his daughter. Joe did nothing of the sort, and as we all know, pardoned Hunter when he swore he would not, and the rest of the Biden siblings got pardons, too.

You know who didn’t get a pardon? Jill Biden. And while Jill bears the obvious moral responsibility of the coddling and cover-up around Joe – she was with him day in and day out, and even if she wanted to deny the decline that she was seeing, she knew – does she bear any legal culpability for the cover-up and the treatment of Joe himself?

This is now an open question. After all, we are now being subjected to media figures and Democrats (but I repeat myself) saying that it’s just so cruel to discuss this old man’s obvious senility when he is facing an aggressive cancer diagnosis. But Jill is fair game. What did she know, when did she know it, and did she use that knowledge for her own benefit and advantage? In short, just how much like Edith Wilson was she? And can she be held legally liable for possibly using the executive power of the presidency under false pretenses? And can she be prosecuted for that, or for elder abuse? That last question is now being tossed out by Leo Terrell, who now holds a position in the Department of Justice in the Trump administration.

Leo Terrell, a senior counselor to the assistant attorney general for civil rights, made the call soon after news broke that former President Joe Biden had been diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer, which many suggested may have been hidden, like his cognitive decline.

Terrell responded to an X post that said Jill Biden “knew about President Biden’s health problems” but “still wanted him to run for President.”

“Elder abuse! Criminal charges??” Terrell wrote.

Terrell also reposted a number of similar reactions to his about Jill Biden’s supposed neglect.

“Elder abuse is a form of domestic violence and Dr Biden has a lot of explaining to do about her part in defrauding the American people and taxpayers,” one of the posts on X that he reshared read. “I would never wish Joe Biden physical harm despite my personal political views; too bad his own family compromised his well-being.”

We are all very aware that the Biden “family business” was all about buying and selling access to Joe Biden. With the cash cow now on his literal last legs, it is normal to look at Jill and demand some answers. However, we all know that the Biden circle has a massive problem with transparency and telling the truth, especially when it comes to putting themselves in a less-than-flattering light. The huge, glaring example of this during the Biden presidency was the dog biting scandal. Remember that? First, Major the German Shepherd gets aggressive with staff, and has to be sent away. Then Commander the German Shepherd arrives as a puppy, and is so poorly handled and trained that he begins attacking Secret Service. While the attacks were bad enough – and at least one person had to be treated at a hospital after – the stonewalling and cover-up was worse than the crime itself. As a former chief of staff of Jill’s has said, they couldn’t handle being openly honest about anything.

Now, it will be near impossible to prosecute Jill Biden for elder abuse. She benefits from the sympathy regarding Joe’s diagnosis, and it would take a lot for a prosecutor to charge her, AND find a jury willing to convict. But what about the doctor who swore that Joe was “fit” for office?

Dr. Kevin O’Connor served as the 82-year-old’s official physician during his White House stint — and repeatedly insisted for years that Biden was in top mental shape despite his obvious cognitive decline.

Now, in the wake of Biden’s prostate cancer diagnosis, O’Connor’s longstanding relationship with the Biden clan has come under renewed scrutiny.

O’Connor — a former Army surgeon who Biden affectionately refers to as “Doc” — has been caring for the former president and other members of his family for more than a decade.

The loyal physician also has business ties to Biden’s young brother, Jim Biden, after the pair worked closely on a rural hospital venture.

In that instance, O’Connor engaged in business discussions with James for a since-bankrupted rural hospital chain that was later hit with fraud allegations by the Securities and Exchange Commission and Justice Department.

O’Conner worked with Biden during his vice presidency, too.

After more than two decades in the Army, O’Connor joined the White House Medical Unit under then-President George W. Bush. He was only supposed to serve six months with the new vice president, Biden, but ended up staying on for years.

“That didn’t work out and, so, I ended up doing the whole eight years with him,” O’Connor joked in a rare 2023 interview with the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine.

He retired when Obama and Biden left office, but remained on as Biden’s personal physician. He was brought back as the top White House doctor when Biden was elected president.

It’s not beyond the realm of possibility that Joe’s prostate cancer was discovered early, and while he was president, kept quiet with some kind of treatment under Dr. O’Connor’s supervision while the Bidens were “vacationing” in Delaware during the last four years, with Jill’s knowledge. There’s absolutely nothing that Joe did that Jill was not involved in. If anything happened to Joe, Jill knew. The Bidens have squandered any goodwill that would have resulted in giving them the benefit of the doubt over the last four years.

It’s not worth it to try and prosecute Jill for elder abuse. What WOULD be prosecutable is if it could be proven that Jill was executing the duties of the presidency, à la Edith Wilson. It’s time to haul everyone in and put them under oath. Those who have been named as part of the Biden inner circle – Steve Ricchetti, Mike Donilon, Jeff Zients, Annie Tomasini, and Anthony Bernal – along with Dr. Kevin O’Connor, and Kamala Harris, need to be brought in before Congress to testify under oath about Joe Biden’s physical and mental condition, and who was wielding the autopen on his behalf. The American people deserve answers about the constitutional fraud that was perpetrated on us, and if that means putting a former First Lady under oath, well, Hillary Clinton can give Jill Biden some tips.
