Lizard Princeling Gavin Newsom is, thankfully, termed out and can’t run for CA Governor in 2026. The leading Democrat candidate is Katie Porter who yesterday pretty much revealed her campaign strategy: “FUX REPUBLICAN CALIFORNIANS”.
Porter was being interviewed by no less than CBS — a more Democrat-sycophant media outlet is hard to find — when Porter’s infamous temper flared over what she thought was an inappropriate question.
Katie Porter, the leading Democrat in the race for California governor goes full Incredulous Karen after a journalist has the audacity to ask basic follow up questions when Porter scoffed at the idea of needing Trump supporters to win pic.twitter.com/CSfuzRRZPF

Trump supporters? TRUMP SUPPORTERS!!! HOW DARE YOU!
In California, the top two vote-getters from any party advance to the general election. Julie Watts of CBS Los Angeles asked Porter, “What do you say to the 40 percent of CA voters who you’ll need in order to win, who voted for Trump?”
It led to an epic meltdown that not even the legacy press could defend. She even tried to shut down the interview, not wanting her tantrum to be recorded.
It’s not like Katie Porter’s infamously thin skin and temper tantrums are unknown. Only two years ago staffers felt abused enough by Queen Mean to talk about the toxic workplace she ran.
Staffers for Porter told the media that Porter made “rude and racist comments” to staffers and “ridiculed people for reporting sexual harassment.”
“She just talks to staffers however she wants,” a Navy veteran and former staffer for Porter said.
Of course, Porter went on that bastion of journalistic integrity, The View, to brush aside those claims as being the product of racism and sexism.
“Lots of the so-called bad bosses are women and disproportionately people of color.”
Yet even in a friendly interview, Porter was ill-prepared to cope with even the mildest of follow-up questions. You can watch the body language of interviewer Julie Watts as Porter goes off. Watts sits lower in her chair, tilts her head like a confused puppy, gestures at her paperwork while almost pleading that her questions are no different than what she has asked the other Democrat candidates.
And Katie goes all stompy feet and flared nostrils. California Republicans? Who needs ’em? Well, certainly not Gavin Newsom or the rest of the Democrat feudal lords in Sacramento. They are busy with their custom maps to slash and burn conservative neighborhoods in Northern and Southern California. Even though the 40% of Trump supporters included Independents and some Democrats, these citizens and their concerns mean nothing to Sacramento. Porter calms down enough to try and backpeddle by mentioning she was elected in “Orange County”. However, District 47 was drawn to dilute the GOP-leaning cities of Huntington Beach and Newport by including the heavily-Democrat city of Irvine (college campus town). Non-leftists did not elect her.
Katie’s on-tape conniption fit is producing a few headlines I’m sure that will send her into another Red Queen meltdown.
I wonder if she has a staff member brave enough to secure all the breakables beforehand?

And keep Katie out of the kitchen, too.
Good luck, California. Years of watching Newsom strangle and trash the state has been Shakespearian Tragedy. If you go Katie Porter, you’ll have a farce worthy of Samuel Beckett.
