Say what you will about New York City construction workers. Today, we tip our hard hats to Paulie.

Who is Paulie? Apparently, he’s a guy who made the news.

And, you don’t mess with Paulie.

My dad was a NYC construction worker. They work around the clock in the city that never sleeps. He worked second shift on gas mains all throughout the five boroughs before we moved out of the metro area when I was a teenager. He has seen a lot. He has stories. These guys are guys you typically do not want to mess with. They have their opinions and they will let you know straight up what they think of you and tell you, straight up to go eff yourself.

Which is exactly what Paulie did to this schmuck. Take a look (note, language NSFW):

While we know New Yorkers will spit it out as they see fit, we also know the New York Metro is home to many Jewish communities. Many of these communities are in Queens, to include the Forest Hills community, which is where a non-Jewish man was seen tearing down fliers of Israeli hostages held captive by Hamas.

I’d argue with Paulie that the posters were not s–t, but whatever. Good on him. Paulie and his construction crew jumped out of their vehicle when they saw a man trying to wedge himself in between the fliers on the telephone poles and the man who was trying to rip them down.

The man trying to wedge himself between the posters and the man trying to deface them was Jacob Birn, 24, who had tailed and filmed the man for two blocks while repeatedly demanding to know why he was ripping down the fliers.

But, still, the community in cyberspace, will denounce such fliers being placed in a predominantly Jewish community:

Well, duh, dipsh-t. They are NOT in NYC. But this is the very same argument the scumbag taking down the fliers provided: “Do you have proof about the hostages and the kidnapping?”

Guess we need to send out the “fact checkers” lurking in the cocoon of their parents’ basements…

This is a free country. You can wave your Palestine flag and say death to the Jews and America or whenever you want, but we can put up f–king signs.

Sure, there will be those intellectuals who come pouncing in and calling Paulie the unsophisticated, Alpha-male who does not know any other word in the English language but one that begins with “f” and ends in “k”. There will be those who defend the pu$$y tearing down photos of people who have been taken hostage and littering the city streets of a neighborhood with close ties to Israel. And, there certainly have been other instances of people tearing down fliers of Israeli hostages in NYC like students taking down the fliers outside of the Stern School of Business at NYU. In fact, poster removals of Israeli hostages are happening worldwide. According to this from HuffPo, the posters are being removed because most people think they “incite more violence” on Americans of Palestinian descent.

All they want is peace.

This is coming from the same crowd who will cut you for taking down a Black Lives Matter poster or a Pride/Progress flag. You are suppressing their right to free speech and be free in this country.

If you think of it today, let’s tip a glass to Paulie, the NYC construction worker. Jacob Birn would:

Next steps: getting the crime in NYC under control. Perhaps Eric Adams should send in the construction workers?
