Boots On The Ground In Iran?

Will the United States have boots on the ground in Iran through the Trump Administration and what does that mean? Mullah Ali Khamenei hadn’t even stopped smoking Saturday morning when State media, the Democrats and the Panicans (all a large spineless, whining group) started stoking the next waves of hysteria. Would the Administration send in ground troops? Would this be a “forever” war? Will we have a draft? Stoke those fears, baby! Spare us, Lord.

You saw it. I saw it. All God’s children saw it. The media doesn’t know we are on to them. We despise them all, the Demoncrats, the Panicans and the vile talking heads, but not enough.

Will we have boots on the ground? First of all, when you want to win, you don’t take any options off of the table. The fraud that they are keeping the public informed means that the heinous folks named above don’t know about shinola about omerta.

Secretary of War Pete Hegseth was on 60 Minutes last night and he didn’t say “I could tell you but I would have to kill you.” but we heard those words anyway:

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said he and President Donald Trump are “willing to go as far as we need to go” to knock out Iran’s theocratic regime — and that includes sending American troops to Iran if necessary, he told 60 Minutes on Sunday night.

“We reserve the right. We would be completely unwise if we did not reserve the right to take any particular option, whether it included boots on the ground or no boots on the ground,” Hegseth said.

That answer came a moment after he told Major Garrett the U.S. did not have any “overt or covert forces” currently operating in Iran. But he smirked and was cagey with Garrett, telling him “Uh, I wouldn’t tell you that if we did.”

Pfft. Think Hegseth is not as smart as you are? Don’t make me laugh. Major Garrett got rocked:

If you are not still torqued off because of the Marine barracks bombing in Lebanon in 1983, you are not a patriot:

Forty-one years ago today, a Hezbollah affiliate rammed his yellow Mercedes stake-bed truck through a chest-high concertina wire fence at the Marine barracks in Beirut, Lebanon, detonating a deadly payload that killed 220 Marines, 18 sailors and three soldiers.

We wait, but we will get you.

Well, I hope we will. I am a member of quite a few Military Mom groups. Part of the Boots on the Ground narrative is Mother Scaring. Mediaite had this headline “Fox’s Maria Bartiromo Quizzes Trump Spox On Possibility of Ground Troops in Iran: Mothers Are ‘Worried That We’re Going to Have a Draft’”

Oh my hair hurts. Here is how the article began:

Fox News anchor Maria Bartiromo quizzed White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt Sunday about whether President Donald Trump’s plans to send ground troops to Iran.

“I want to get your take about this idea of troops on the ground,” Bartiromo said, during an interview on Sunday Morning Futures. “Mothers out there are worried that we’re going to have a draft, that they’re going to see their sons and daughters get involved in this. What do you want to say about the president’s plans for troops on the ground? As we know, it’s been largely an air campaign up until now.”

“It has been, and it will continue to be,” Leavitt said before adding, “and President Trump wisely does not remove options off of the table. I know a lot of politicians like to do that quickly, but the president as commander in chief wants to continue to assess the success of this military operation. It’s not part of the current plan right now, but the president, again, wisely keeps his options on table.”

It’s hard having deployed loved ones. Been there, done that. The ones I have been involved with have been ten months, which is not an insignificant amount of time. The very best thing you can do is not dwell on the length of time. Don’t rub your own face in the negative media coverage and IT IS ALL NEGATIVE. Be positive. Join groups. Find out what the unit needs and make a care package. Don’t be a Debbie Downer. Be positive, always. And, pray without ceasing.

NO DRAFT, PLEASE! There are enough problems with the volunteers.

President Donald Trump doesn’t like battles or wars and does everything he can to mitigate damage to the troops. He won’t put boots on the ground if he can avoid it.

Be glad that DJT is working to solve this problem. Blowing up the barracks and supplying the I.E.D. technology is awful. Be glad that Trump and Hegseth are on this. That is all. Carry on.

  • Joe R. says:

Aywholes bi7ching about possible “boots on the ground” [in the future, a/k/a: hasn’t even happened yet], are also bi7ching about “exit strategy”.

The stupidity of those two positions is incredible.

Obastard did the same thing in March of 2007 when he said “The Surge” “isn’t working”, when it had only just been announced and the influx of soldiers TO iraq, had barely started.
