Bluesky App Gets Trumpian Trolling From This Administration

Trolling is a beautiful thing, when done well. Ain’t nobody trolls like Trump trolls and when he joined the Bluesky app the trolling was Trumpian. He was a little late to the party because he has his own social media app (Truth Social) and X (formerly Twitter) has better reach. Why waste his time?

I joined the Lefties’ rage site today and it is horrible to navigate. Finding names and sites that might be interesting–fuhgedaboudit. Chip Roy was the first Congresscritter whose name actually popped up and let’s say, I was not disappointed:

If your god is comfortable standing adjacent to Donald Trump, Chip Roy or even whatever hagiographic version of Charlie Kirk you want to pretend existed, your deity isn't fit to wipe a mortal's ass much less be worshipped.

Behold the dumbest, most sacreligious attempt to change a subject possible.

Our Nina wrote about Bluesky back in June when troller par excellence J.D. Vance joined. She wrote “Bluesky Melts Down After J.D. Vance Joins And Asks About SCOTUS Transgender Decision”. Trump’s White House account gets blocked a lot. Mediaite wrote “The White House Joins BlueSky and Instantly Becomes the 2nd-Most Blocked Account — After JD Vance“:

President Donald Trump’s White House is already the second most-blocked account on Bluesky, just days after joining the platform. The only account ahead of it on the block list? It belongs to Vice President JD Vance.

The White House joined Bluesky on Friday evening, and less than 48 hours later, it has been blocked by more than 92,000 users, according to VQV, an app that tracks Bluesky stats. Vance has racked up 166,000 blocks since joining the platform in June.

That means at this rate, the White House will leapfrog the vice president for the infamous, or venerable, depending on who you ask, position of being the most-blocked account on Bluesky.

The Left is nothing if not boring and predictable. The Left really hates Second Lady Usha Vance. I am surprised she is not up there with her husband for blocking on Bluesky. I searched Usha Vance on Blue Sky. The Left doesn’t care about making an argument. They just go for Ugly with a capital UG like this.

Red State has a fine round-up of greatest hits as a trolling mechanism over at Bluesky:

White House has officially joined the social media platform Bluesky–and trolled the lefties who use it as an alternative to X with a fire video about President Donald Trump’s second term.

“What’s up, Bluesky? We thought you might’ve missed some of our greatest hits, so we put this together for you,” the White House post on Friday for its launch on the site read.

What's up, Bluesky? We thought you might've missed some of our greatest hits, so we put this together for you.

Can't wait to spend more quality time together! ❤️

In the 2024 election, he did it again by going on a variety of podcasts, regardless of the hosts’ political leanings, and winning not only them over but their audience, leading to the victory against the Democratic Party and former Vice President Kamala Harris.

And now he’s doing it again. If the liberals all want to hide from what’s being said on X and talk amongst themselves over on Bluesky, he will go to where they are and bring his message with him, along with some humor.

So far, the White House video has been up for more than an hour. That is officially longer than the site allowed Vice President J.D. Vance to stay on the site when he first joined in June. It only took 11 minutes before he was kicked off. He was later allowed back on.

Brilliant!

Maybe brilliant, but too hard to navigate and just too ugly. I won’t be spending any time on Bluesky at all. The same reason that I don’t watch MSNBC. There is enough ugly in the world without doom scrolling through it.
