Eric Trump, I get that your dad is pretty much a moving target, and that the attacks (like the attacks from too many on the right) are pretty nasty and very personal. But saying Democrats are not people? Not a good idea. The Hill reported Eric (the second son of POTUS Trump) made this comment here:
President Trump’s son Eric Trump on Tuesday said Democrats are “not even people” to him after their obstruction of his father’s agenda.
What? Really? Political rivals do obstruct the agendas of their rivals. So do businesses. And people and, well, you get it.
“I’ve never seen hatred like this,” he said on Fox News’s “Hannity” Tuesday night. “To me, they’re not even people. It’s so, so sad. Morality’s just gone, morals have flown out the window and we deserve so much better than this as a country.
They’re not even people? Not invoking Godwin’s law. No need.
From the Washington Post:
Earlier this week, two of his children, Eric and Ivanka, discovered to their chagrin that they were unable to vote for their father in the upcoming contest. Ivanka had previously registered as an Independent in the state which disqualifies her from voting on the Republican ticket where her father’s name will appear. This, of course, comes after she spearheaded a major effort to help get out the vote for Trump in a number of earlier primary contests.
Oops! So, does that mean that you are not human, Eric? Please stop and think before you speak or tweet. It will save you from a whole lot of grief.
Not an inaccurate statement, especially when talking about certain members of congress, the blm crowd, antifa, and others…
That being said, it’s perfectly reasonable to think and believe such things, based on the actions of those involved, but actually saying it on TV / in public, yeah, that was pretty damn stupid!
Aren’t Ivanka and her husband still registered Democrats? Wasn’t Donald a registered Democrat until fairly recently? Weren’t a lot of members of Donald Trump’s family unable to vote for him in the primaries?
1.This is the excuse every genocidal maniac used.
Really? You’re going there? *smh*
#4 is really the only one that matters as a “bad idea”.
And I really don’t see where the “unable to vote because not a Republican” comes into play here. The two don’t seem to relate at all. (If it’s in the video, I apologize, but I can’t usually view videos where I am.)
Too many people put too much into what the Trump kids have to say. All of President Trump’s children need to get out of the White House, go back to New York, and let Daddy get on with the business of making America great again.
