So, if you are a friend of mine on Facebook, then you already know my big news. A few months ago, I got married, and now… I’m pregnant! Yep, I’m knocked up. We actually were trying, and were able to get pregnant on the first try. We’re both really excited, and I know that I am just so excited to be a mommy. And I’m really lucky, because I know that my future children couldn’t get a better father than Matt. It’s still really early in the pregnancy, and so I’m not showing yet or anything. I don’t really have a whole lot of “symptoms” yet, either, except seemingly never-ending nausea and fatigue. I am just exhausted all the time, and that’s why my blogging has actually been so light! It’s really hard to keep my eyes open the whole day. By about 2:00, I’m practically a walking zombie and have to take a nap. And by 7:00, I’m tired again. It’s crazy!
Anyways, that’s my big announcement. I wasn’t going to say anything for a while, but what the heck — I’m too excited. I’m the worst person at keeping good news in, I have to share it with people! So I’m sharing it with you, and in a few months maybe I’ll be able to post some cute belly pictures. 🙂
CONGRATULATIONS, Cassy! 🙂
Your baby is very, very lucky to have both of you as parents. 🙂
Congrats!
And start buying diapers. Now. (If you haven;t heard this already 🙂
And here I thought I missed something when I saw your FB posts!
Congratulations!
Congratulations
Congratulations! Having our children was the best thing that ever happened to me (us!). With a smart mom and dedicated, honorable father you could be making a “game-changer”!
Big Congrats Cassy.
Congratulations, Cassy. That is great news.
Sleep will come at a premimum for you and Dad but I can’t imagine my life without my 3 kids….
I made a point of stockpiling diapers. Size “N”. Stacked ’em up against a wall. Kid popped out at twelve pounds, and I had to give the “N”s away to a guy at work who had a daughter at the same time. No, I’m not a big fan of the “start buying diapers now” theory, but we’re a little bit old for my crazy ideas to matter one way or t’other.
Ditto to Comment #1. What a wonderful set of genes on both sides for that lucky kid. It’s really nice to see the decent, stand-up, “tough get going when the going gets tough” folks breed like gnats. For a change.
Congratulations Cassy, and God Bless you.
Congratulations Cassy! I know you will be a fantastic mom. And Debbie Schlussel – eat your miserable, dark heart out!!!
Congrats. 😀
