A reminder to check your surroundings and practice before you speak.
Laura Ingraham gave a speech last night. She and several z-list celebrities and Trump kids made speeches at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland (RNCinCLE) at the over the last few days. These speeches were tweeted, made into memes and GIF’s by well everyone. Hint:this has been going on since the beginning of the election cycle Laura and one would think there would have been a trend noted before she yapped. My opinion is that the RNC has been a snoozefest other than Ted Cruz’s speech last night. I tried to listen to Michelle Obama um Melania Trump on Monday. Really did. And after watching the videos had the disturbing experience of liking the Obamas far far more than the Trumps.
But back to last night. Laura Ingraham did an incredibly awkward wave caught on YouTube which had a particular hand motion. To me it looks like she pulled a muscle or had some other impairment but here it is for you to watch:
At about 0.04 you will see the arm move. The movements are jerky and awkward at best.
Twitter had fun:
Laura Ingraham came REAL close to a Nazi salute there. Not sure what her arm was up to. #RNCinCLE

Then there were the liberals who took off like a rocket with the image.
I’m taking a night off from the RNC, but did Laura Ingraham give a Nazi salute with the WRONG hand? Very embarrassing if true.

Um yeah. Not the same salute but the image is there.
CORRECTION: It was not Pam Bondi who made the Nazi salute. It was Fox News Blonde Laura Ingraham. Trying to out-evil the Coultergeist?

Points for Coultergeist…… that is funny no matter who you are.
The New York Daily News said this:
Whether it was a Nazi salute or a wave is unclear, but with all the Adolf Hitler comparisons to Donald Trump over the last year, the convention probably wasn’t the best place to make such a similar gesture.
Exactly. America First as a motto is a bit disturbing to history geeks. The last people that used that were isolationists and the German American Bund. A really historically foolish motto. And it is not exactly a selling point: more like a deal-breaker. And pictures like this do not help:
I do not like Trump. At all. But I watched the video above and did not get an actual nazi salute from it. Not even close. But when you are already seen as close to fascist, avoiding anything that might confirm the meme would seem to be the logical move. Laura Ingraham and the #RNCinCLE are not selling their candidate well. At all.
Sorry. You’re really reaching on this one. Lighten up, you’re adversely affecting your own credibility.
Dude, she’s had breast cancer surgery.
Nemo’s absolutely right.
And by the way, he’s “our” candidate, unless you are a Democrat…
You can take a picture of anyone out of context and make them look bad.
I’d say she is saluting America with the Bellamy salute.
Whether or not she meant to give the salute is beside the point. She gave the Nazi salute as she walked off the stage. If you need more proof, check out the image below, depicting a room full of ranking Nazis, all showing the same salute as Ingraham gave at the RNC.
