We now know where Democrats’ allegiances lie. They’re certainly not with our Armed Forces. Nope… they’re with the most depraved, disgusting people among us: pedophiles.
We’ll start with a video:
Here’s some background:
The leader of a pro-family organization says families across the nation need to contact their U.S. senators now to try to derail a legislative plan that already has passed the U.S. House and is being awaited by President Obama – after a Democrat confirmed it would protect “all 547 forms of sexual deviancy or ‘paraphilias’ listed by the American Psychiatric Association.”
WND columnist Janet Porter, who also heads the Faith2Action Christian ministry, today cited S. 909, dubbed the “Pedophile Protection Act,” as an extreme danger to America.
As H.R. 1913, the House version of the Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act bill, the plan was adopted on a 249-175 vote, but not before several amendments were proposed by Republicans trying to mitigate the impact of the law.
… The proposal, also called the Matthew Shepard Hate Crimes Prevention Act after a Wyoming homosexual who was killed in a horrific robbery and beating in 1998, creates a special class for homosexuals and others with alternative sexual lifestyles and provides them protections against so-called “hate.”
It specifically denies such protections to other targeted classes of citizens such as pastors, Christians, missionaries, veterans and the elderly.
… Porter cited the amendment offering from Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa, in committee that was very simple:
The term sexual orientation as used in this act or any amendments to this act does not include pedophilia.
But majority Democrats refused to accept it.
Rep. Louis Gohmert, R-Texas, then explained what it means, Porter wrote.
There are only 242 crimes where there is actually some – truly – an assault, and we just rejected an amendment to including pedophilia from being a part of this protected class. Do you realize what that means?
If a mother hears that their child has been raped and she slaps the assailant with her purse, she is now gone after as a hate criminal because this is a protected class. There are other protected classes in here. I mean simple exhibitionism. I have female friends who have told me over the years that some guy flashed them, and their immediate reaction was to hit them with their purse. Well now, he’s committed a misdemeanor, she has committed a federal hate crime because the exhibitionism is protected under sexual orientation.
I know my friend said that we have a definition in the law, but there is nothing in this bill that references the definitions in the Hate Crimes Statistical Act…it’s not there. We asked that it be added so we could get a specific definition. It is not there.
And having reviewed cases as an appellate judge, I know that when the legislature has the chance to include a definition and refuses, then what we look at is the plain meaning of those words. The plain meaning of sexual orientation is anything to which someone is orientated. That could include exhibitionism, it could include necrophilia (sexual arousal/activity with a corpse) … it could include Urophilia (sexual arousal associated with urine), voyeurism. You see someone spying on you changing clothes and you hit them, they’ve committed a misdemeanor, you’ve committed a federal felony under this bill. It is so wrong.
Democrats refused to accept it. We are protecting pedophiles now, if Democrats get their way.
So basically, Congressman Steve King (R-IA) introduced an amendment saying that pedophilia would not be protected under this amendment. Democrats voted it down. Congressman Tom Rooney (R-FL) then introduced an amendment including veterans as a protected class in this bill. Democrats voted it down.
This is sickening. It is vile. And this is who we are voting into office, America. Are you paying attention?
Call your senators. Stop this insanity now.
Hat Tip: Stop the ACLU
I’m against the idea of ‘hate crime’ statutes because if you’re beating someone, you’re already committing a crime. It’s as if *everything* is a protected class except white males.
Also, Matthew Shepard was not murdered because he was gay. He happened to be gay, but the murder was a drug deal/robbery gone terribly wrong. The guys in prison for it admitted this at length.
I just checked the voting record and all of the New England rep’s of Maine, Mass, NH, Rhode Island, Conn, and Vermont voted for this. Children are no longer safe in New England.

Only a liberal would feel that a child molester deserves special protection under the law. (I believe that child molesters and child killers deserve a special place in hell. That is just me, though.)
Let see:
-Killing abortion survivors
-Saddling the future generations with out of control debt
-Protecting the child molesters
What is the Democrats’ (Obama’s, Pelosi’s, Reid’s and Kennedy’s) grudge with children???
I dunno, I think there are some people out there more depraved than pedophiles. Like sexually sadistic serial killers. Or necrophiliacs (sure, they aren’t as harmful as pedophiles but it just strikes me as even more depraved).
I guess it’s a good thing they’re protected too!
The great thing about this law is if I were to beat up a pedophile or a necrophiliac, just on general principal, I’d get a longer prison sentence than if I mugged some random guy. That’s social justice for you.
The criminals have truly taken over this country and they are no longer hiding behind the scenes, they are being very overt about it.
Justin Says:

Perhaps, women that kill their young because they’re um…temporarily psycotic?
Oh, I forgot, It’S NOT Their Fault.
Do SOME of those degreed in” humanities”, their intended beneficiaries, and allied-while-deemed-convenient supporters, say so?
I can say that because I used question marks.
Of course, this assertion is a sham! No pedophiles are protected. Besides, most pedophiles are heteros who are male family members. This Congressman and other state and fed legislators have fought to reduce protections for child abuse victims, in particular budget cuts.
I cannot believe what this country has come to. What happened to my vote in this? How can you protect someone like that and leave our children to suffer and become victims? But I guess like many other things these questions will be left with no answers. I love this country and I am proud of my country but come on people these “guys’ running in are running it straight into the ground. These issues should have a simple answer, why do me make things so difficult for ourselves. Our Children should come first in any situation. We are taught from childhood or atleast I was that you feed your child before you feed yourself, you protect that child with every fiber in your body, so why or the yahoos in congress getting to say what is best for my child? I am the one that got them here and I am the one who is up with them at 3 in the morning when they are sick and I am the one who sees that all their needs are met, so who are they to call the shots for my child?
And as a wife of a former military member I find it very disheartening for them not to protect these men and women from torment in their own homes. They are following orders and are strong and brave enough to be there when our nation calls on them to do their job. Its not like a group of these “guys” got together and said hey ya know what….you cannot blame a teacher for teaching they are only doing their job, you cannot blame a nurse for doing her job so why would you blame a military member for doing theirs. These people are not purposely out there to kill but it is a risk that is taken when in this line of work. I see the police the same way they are here to protect me and if someone is about to take a life I would expect a police officer to do their job and protect the innocent. What happened to doing things in the best interest of the people? When did I stop being counted?
“a Democrat confirmed it would protect “all 547 forms of sexual deviancy or ‘paraphilias’ listed by the American Psychiatric Association.””
Which Democrat made this statement, Cassy? Cite a quotation from the record.
Watch Cassy run, folks. She’s helping to spread a lie, and she knows it.
“It specifically denies such protections to other targeted classes of citizens such as pastors, Christians, missionaries, veterans and the elderly.”
Where does that act specifically deny such protection, Cassy? Cite the actual passage from the bill that makes these exceptions.
Watch Cassy run, folks. She’s helping to spread a lie, and she knows it.
Watch Cassy run, folks. She’s helping to spread a lie, and she knows it.
I have two questions.
1. Why do you keep coming back here, when you don’t enjoy Cassy’s commentary?
2. Why do you think you’re going to be able to swing any of us over to your point of view? Cassy said:
So basically, Congressman Steve King (R-IA) introduced an amendment saying that pedophilia would not be protected under this amendment. Democrats voted it down. Congressman Tom Rooney (R-FL) then introduced an amendment including veterans as a protected class in this bill. Democrats voted it down.
Can you read? The Democrats voted for protecting pedophiles and against protecting veterans. The votes were apparently along party lines, which isn’t surprising considering where their loyalties are. You want to disprove what Cassy said, you do the Googling.
And actually, I have a third question. Why does every conservative blog I read, have to have at least one left-wing troll?
Go pound sand, jackass.
“Which Democrat made this statement, Cassy? Cite a quotation from the record.

Rep. Alcee Hastings, D-Fla. Since you’re too lazy to spend all of 5 seconds Googling, here is a Youtube of the comment in question: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zv-5AdqYrkk&feature=related
“Where does that act specifically deny such protection, Cassy? Cite the actual passage from the bill that makes these exceptions.

It’s pure rational thought, my very appropriately named Meatbrain. For every bill this Democrat majority Congress and administration passes that protects sexual deviants (even if said deviant were not targeted specifically because of their sexual orientation), that’s one less bill they’ll have time to bother passing that would help, say, protect returning combat veterans from the lunatic left who have an actual record of assault, burglary and murder against our vets.
But I doubt saying this to you will matter. The truth is I know your kind, Meatbrain. You’re the type who uses these little hit-and-run attacks to give plausible doubt to anyone whose beliefs you won’t tolerate. You don’t really care if your comments are easily refuted or not. You’re like a feces-throwing chimp with bad aim. You might miss a lot, but every so often you’ll hit, and that’ll make your actions worth the effort.
This is stupid(the website, not thi bill). Its not to protect pedophiles from getting “hit by purses”, but from being murdered by people who find ourt they are pedophiles. Obviosly you have to be retarded to interpret the bll this way, which whoever wrote this is. Just because you republicans can’t accept homosexuals as people doesn’t give you the right to beat them up or kill them.
