Trump EO: Deport Students Who Broke Laws During Campus Protests

Will there finally be consequences for the students who were involved in the virulent anti-semitic campus protests across the nation after October 7? It sure looks like it.

President Trump is expected to sign an executive order Wednesday instructing all federal agencies to identify civil and criminal authorities available to combat antisemitism — including finding ways to deport anti-Jewish activists who violated laws, The Post has learned.

The order requires agency and department leaders to provide the White House with recommendations within 60 days and outlines plans for the Justice Department to investigate pro-Hamas graffiti and intimidation, including on college campuses, according to a document describing the order.

The executive order calls for the deportation of resident aliens — including students with visas — who broke laws as part of anti-Israel protests following the Oct. 7, 2023, terrorist attacks in Israel, which sparked the invasion of Gaza, the document reviewed by The Post says.

As we documented multiple times, the campus protests showed how far left the students are and essentially identified how numerous the pro-Hamas crowd is throughout colleges across the United States. Jewish students were specifically targeted and intimidated. With zero consequences to the protestors. Oh wait, some were kicked out of their dorms for a bit, but not expelled. In other words, no actionable consequences.

University administrators struggled to address the protests, with critics saying they ignored antisemitic intimidation directed at Jewish students and failed to protect them from hate speech and in many cases physical violence. The heads of Harvard and the University of Pennsylvania resigned under pressure from lawmakers during congressional hearings.

Trump during the campaign vowed to deport protesters and revoke the accreditation of colleges that did not address anti-Jewish hate speech or violence on their campuses.

“Struggled??!!” Are you kidding me? They tried to ignore it. They tried to claim, DURING a Congressional hearing, that antisemitic speech depends upon the “context” in which it’s being spoken. Their cowardly inaction concerning the protests, the refusal to call a spade a spade, and their coddling of the pro-Hamas crowd led to several of those same college presidents getting canned. The student protestors, however, faced zero repercussions for their actions.

Columbia University has essentially buried their head in the sand. Which means the students firmly believe that they have free rein, and the protests continue.

Classes were disrupted and thus the Columbia administration issued a statement.

Earlier this week, the university said in a statement a class on “The History of Modern Israel” was disrupted Tuesday by a group of students who handed out fliers showing violent imagery.

“We strongly condemn this disruption, as well as the fliers that included violent imagery that is unacceptable on our campus and in our community. No group of students has a right to disrupt another group of students in a Columbia classroom,” the statement read in part.

The school posted an update Wednesday, saying it is modifying security protocols, including patrols from the NYPD and requiring IDs for building access.

How many of those student parading around in masks and keffiyahs on campus and in classrooms are here on student visas?

There should be consequences for coming into this country, trashing college campuses, and targeting Jewish students. And, as with his first term, President Trump is demanding accountability in his second term.

He signed an executive order last week appeared to target foreign students who participated in pro-Hamas rallies following the October 7 attack on Israel.

The order calls for the removal of foreign visa holders who ‘advocate for, aid, or support designated foreign terrorists and other threats to our national security.’

During a rally in New Jersey last May, Trump promised: ‘When I am president we will not allow our colleges to be taken over by violent radicals. And if you come here from another country and try to bring jihadism or anti-Americanism or antisemitism to our campuses we will immediately deport you.’

If you come here to the United States on a visa of any kind, you are mandated to adhere to this country’s laws. Just as it is for any American who goes overseas. If you don’t follow the laws, if you break our laws, then your visa absolutely should be revoked and you sent back home.

There’s a new sheriff in town, and he’s not playing anymore of your protest games.
