Cover up the truth long enough and, when the truth starts to come out, no one believes it and people get angry. Many great authors have communicated this idea much, much better, but you get the drift. Joe Biden was necessary and useful. WAS. No mas. The Democrat Media Industrial Complex has covered for Crooked Joe forever, especially during his 2020 Basement Campaign. He was a hairy mess then, but we weren’t allowed to discuss it. Now, it’s stage whispered across the land and in legacy media newsrooms in major cities. Sage Steele’s conversation about Biden with Bill Maher was only surprising in that no news editor has pushed back. The denizens of social media are big mad that Joe’s intellect is being questioned.
I had never heard of Sage Steele until I heard a Megyn Kelly interview with Steele on Kelly’s podcast. Sage Steele was a sports reporter/anchor for ESPN for 16 years and just recently settled her First Amendment court case with the network. I was not a big fan of Megyn Kelly’s when she was on Fox, but listening to her podcast on my car radio, I like her style. Our Carol wrote up her Trump interview and it is classic.
Listening to Kelly interview Sage Steele I was impressed with her background, her story and her opinions. Highly intelligent and entertaining. Hope she lands on her feet with a great network.
Sunday, Steele appeared with Bill Maher on his Club Random podcast. Bill Maher is such a condescending rutabaga that I can hardly stand his voice. Ugh. Here is the full interview:
He begins by telling a lady not to sit down because he is coming. NEVAH! What put wrinkles in the world’s petticoat was Miss Steele’s opinions on Creepy Joe. From my Beloved New York Post:
Steele told the comedian that she interviewed Biden in March 2021 for a pre-recorded segment ahead of MLB’s Opening Day that year.
“It was satellite, it wasn’t in person,” she explained, noting that they were having technical issues and she had to stall the chief executive as they waited for the issues to be resolved.
“So I had to, like, BS. I had to chitchat, waiting for us to start rolling.”
Steele said she could not see the president as his staffers kept a lens cover over the camera “until the last second, but you can hear and we’re chitchatting.
“So I can hear him and he goes, ‘What is this for? Wait — what’s her name?’” Steele recounted, as Maher started laughing.
“I was going, ‘Oh my God!’ And then [an aide] said, ‘SportsCenter, ESPN.’ And he goes, ‘Oh, OK.’”
At that point, the president started to tell her about his own football career. In high school, Biden was a standout halfback and wide receiver. He also briefly played football as a freshman at the University of Delaware.
“And so he started to tell football stories of his greatness,” Steele recounted, noting she still could not see him.
“He goes, ‘I have the best hands.’ What do you say to that?” Steele asked.
“And here’s the saddest thing — his voice just trailed off. He said, ‘I was good,’ and then he went silent, and he goes …, ‘Uh, never mind.’
Absolutely nothing out of the ordinary there. Biden does that trailing off thing all the time. Moreso now, but even in the Spring of 2021. There are sheeple out there who cannot abide Miss Steele leveling even a hint of criticism at Creepy Joe:

Biden’s “speech disorder”/stutter is like much else in his life, a convenient story. Sad doesn’t even begin to cover it. And, she’s not lying:

The Democrat Media Industrial Complex has been lying for Biden. Sage Steele is not lying. What’s really frightening is how much worse, he is now. What a hairy mess they are all.

I’m a retired speech pathologist. I see nothing of the characteristics of chronic stuttering in Biden’s speech. Moreover, go back to videos of Biden from thirty years ago and you’ll see that his speech patterns were perfectly fluent.
His communication patterns are more indicative of someone with some form of dementia, perhaps Alzheimer’s.
We are still debating whether Biden is demented? Doesn’t the way he is running the country speak for itself. Ask a Liberal Democrat (Not a politician. Just an ordinary citizen.) and they can’t give you any kind of answer. Biden has not done anything that anyone wants to point to on his behalf.
You could not be more right. I was on the other side – a chronic stutterer. Which I got over (well, 99.9%, takes extreme stress to bring it back momentarily). Probably the same for him, when he was younger.
No, periods of lucidity (which you can see where there are full clips of him speaking), followed by wandering off – that is classic dementia.

I am really torn. I’ve cooked rutabagas and they’re a royal PITA, but I’m still tempted to ask you to apologize to them for that comparison.

Actually, Kim, his speech patterns for decades have been indicative of someone who is a flaming a***hole. The dementia is more recent (last 6 years?). Could the dementia be due to the lack of oxygen to his brain over the last 40 years? (It’s hard to breathe with your head that far up your keister.)
