COVID mask mandates are returning to Hollywood, with Lionsgate being the first major studio to reinstate masking and daily testing for its Los Angeles office workers.
Lionsgate is requiring employees who physically work at its headquarters in Santa Monica to wear masks at all times when in the building, effective immediately, except when alone in an enclosed office or large open workspace. In addition, employees are required to submit to daily COVID testing and to report the results to the company
And it’s spreading.
Covid mask mandates are being reintroduced, affecting schools like Atlanta-based Morris Brown College, along with Rutgers and Georgetown, and even extending to entities like Lionsgate film studio due to the ongoing surge in Covid-19 cases.
Look, if you wish to wear a face mask cuz reasons, knock yourself out. Personally, if I was sick, I’d stay home rather than go out wearing a questionably effective face diaper. But mandates? Nope. Not gonna comply.

On Wednesday, Target CEO Brian Cornell said the retailer is up against “an unacceptable amount of retail theft and organized retail crime.” Last November, Target CFO Michael Fiddelke said the disappearance of merchandise caused a $400 million hit to the retailer’s gross profit margin for the year. According to the National Retail Federation’s (NRF) National Retail Security Survey, retail shrink was a nearly $100 billion problem for the industry as of 2021, the last year data was collected. That cost more than doubled from $45.2 billion in 2015.
“I can tell you that never before have I seen what I’m seeing today,” David Johnston, NRF vice president of asset protection and retail operations, told Yahoo Finance. “The retailers are not crying wolf. They are highlighting a major issue out there.”
Any one with even a modest social media presence is confronted each day with video after video after video of current retail experience. Retailers can’t sustain passing all the loss onto their customers. And still, Democrats in charge of these regions do little more than mouth platitudes or set up Potemkin task forces.

In H.G. Well’s 1896 novel, mad scientist Dr. Moreau tries to create humans out of animals. Regardless of the pain he inflicts or the pitiful creatures he creates, he is solely dedicated to his experiments and sees nothing wrong with them. Kind of like “Dr” Curtis Crane and his dedication to creating human sexual monstrosities.
Crane operates clinics in San Francisco, California, and Austin, Texas, employs a team of five doctors, and conducts procedures on more than 1,000 patients per year. As part of this caseload, his practice has veered into the disturbing new territory of non-binary surgery, which includes castration, eunuch, and nullification procedures, which Crane describes as the process of “removing all external genitalia to create a smooth transition from the abdomen to the groin.” Crane has also designed and performed hundreds of non-binary surgeries in which he fashions together both male and female genitalia for a single individual. That is, he creates an artificial penis for a woman, while retaining her vagina; or creates an artificial vagina for a man, while retaining his penis. (snip)
How are these physically unnecessary surgeries justified? Through the politics of “equality” and “recognition.” Last year, in a keynote speech for the Equality Alliance, Crane laid out his philosophy of transgender medicine. “Our history has been riddled with inequalities,” he said, and the West, in particular, has propped up a false gender binary—that of man and woman—that denies the basic right to recognition of individuals self-identifying as transgender, non-binary, gender-nonconforming, genderqueer, and gender fluid.
Dr. Moreau operated on an island, Crane not only operates in the open, and for big bucks, but he demands the rest of society be reeducated to support his Lysenkoism.
Crane proposed two solutions. First, the social-utopian solution: to reeducate all of society to accept that biological sex is not binary—“XX is not always female and XY is not always male”—and “humanize this predicament,” with the end goal of “acceptance” of anti-normative sexual identity. Second, the technical-constructivist solution: to remove, alter, fabricate, and reorganize human genitalia so that transgender patients can “become the people they were always meant to be.”
Moreau’s creatures finally turned on him. We can hope for the same fate for depraved “Dr” Crane.

Despite the calls to defund the police and the corruptness of some agencies, by and large most the of rank and file of the brothers and sisters in blue are decent and dedicated. And it certainly shows on how they support each other and their families through tragedy.

The son of a fallen Utah police officer was escorted to his first day of kindergarten on Monday by his mom and a group of what the South Salt Lake Police Department called “fill in ‘Dads’” who stood in for his father.
Jackson Romrell was pictured holding his mom’s hand as they walked with a pack of uniformed South Salt Lake Police officers and Police Chief Jack Carruth to the school building.

Chromosomes say otherwise. XX is always female, XY is always male. The problem is that people like him want complexity because they refuse to accept something simple.
Second, the technical-constructivist solution: to remove, alter, fabricate, and reorganize human genitalia so that transgender patients can “become the people they were always meant to be.”
If you have to go through that much surgery and follow up treatments, you weren’t meant to be that thing in the first place. And that is part of why transgender people have such high suicide rates.
