On December 11, 2025 in a courtroom in Utah, we learned everything we need to know about Turning Point USA’s Charlie Kirk’s assassin Tyler Robinson. It was the smirk. The Defense Team can dress him like a schoolboy. They can instruct the camera operators to avoid showing any shackles. They can show Robinson’s weeping Mother in the front row. They cannot avoid his smug face being seen by the jury and everyone watching. They will all know.

The 22 year old appeared in court in person for the first time since his arrest in September for the ghastly, horrific murder of the hard-working Christian Mr. Kirk. From the Daily Caller:

Tyler Robinson, the alleged assassin of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, could be seen smirking on Thursday during his first in-person pre-trial court hearing.

The hearing focused on transparency and how much information should be shared to the public in order to ensure a fair trial. While this issue is being considered, Utah Fourth District Judge Tony Graf closed the first part of the hearing while they discussed what should and should not be made public.

The smirk will be wiped off of Robinson’s face when his prison pals read about his “furry fixation”. The New York Post ran the following September 14- “Charlie Kirk assassination suspect had ‘furry’ fixation, and his trans boyfriend proclaimed support for Biden on social media”:

Alleged Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson appeared to have a fixation on furries — while his live-in transgender boyfriend espoused support for President Joe Biden and joked about being mentally ill, according to social media posts linked to the pair.

Lance Twiggs, 22, an aspiring pro gamer and Robinson’s roommate, appears to have made a comment in a 2022 Reddit post stating, “We are riding with Biden on this glorious subreddit.”

Twiggs, whose family appears to be conservative Christians based in Utah, is transitioning from male to female and was in a relationship with the 22-year-old Robinson, Gov. Spencer Cox confirmed Sunday.

Creepy guy with a furry fetish. Maybe that’s why he was so “upright” with his posture, as Dr. G. talked about:

I thought of Brian Kohberger too in terms of posture not guilt or innocence. The more you see of him, the more you see Kohberger. I think that and the smirk show that he thinks he is smarter than the rest of us.

Mr. Rosas focused on the shackles also. He believes that Robinson a sociopath not a psychopath.

I know that Erica Kirk said that Robinson was exactly the kind of young man that Charlie Kirk was trying to save. That’s likely true. I doubt that Robinson would have listened to him. Robinson was too angry and at 22 years old too sure he knew everything.

On the day he allegedly shot Charlie Kirk, he brought a Mauser not a smirk. Period. Paragraph. Point made.

Pray for the Kirk family. The villain is going to drag them through worse. We already know all we need to from the smirk.
