James O’Keefe has struck again. As if the train-wreck also known as Hillary Clinton doesn’t have enough scandal surrounding her—in the most recent document dump last night, one email shows Hillary advising a Middle East envoy to send highly sensitive information to her personal email account—her staffers are caught on video openly skirting campaign finance laws, claims O’Keefe. In a news conference at the National Press Club, O’Keefe’s Project Veritas released a second video in what it calls an ongoing series of undercover vids.

In a five-minute video compilation, Veritas showed senior members of Mrs. Clinton’s team appearing to accept a donation from a Canadian women at Mrs. Clinton’s campaign announcement rally in exchange for hats and pins bearing the candidate’s name. The staff members — Molly Barker and Erin Tibe — express awareness that they cannot accept a donation from a foreigner but agree to allow the Canadian woman to give the money to an American citizen standing next to her who made the transaction on her behalf.
