Senate Majority Leader John Thune (SD) has tap danced long enough fighting President Trump and futzing about the Save America Act. The August Recess is upon the Legislative Branch, and when the lawmakers get back, Thune will say there are enough days to pass it. Time to do the business or get off of the pot.
