Loretta Lynch was a Member of a Harvard Group of Anti-Semitic Terrorist Sympathizers

On its face, Obama’s nomination of Loretta Lynch to replace Eric Holder as Attorney General seemed like surprisingly safe pick. She is certainly qualified for the job. She’s prosecuted tough cases, and twice was appointed U.S. Attorney for New York’s eastern district. She has been a successful attorney throughout her career. She’s a political outsider, which is always a good thing. She’ll be vetted by Congress, but there isn’t any reason that her nomination shouldn’t be approved. Right?

Well, maybe not. It turns out that Lynch was a member of the radical Harvard Black Law Students Association (BALSA) from 1981 through 1984, and each year that she was a member, the group brought terrorist sympathizers to Harvard from the Palestinian Liberation Operation (PLO) — while denying Jewish student organizations the chance to participate in a campus forum. This move was so extreme that the Harvard Crimson even condemned the BLSA.

“The Black Law Students Association (BALSA) committed an unjustifiable and discriminatory violation of student liberties last week when it denied Jewish students an opportunity to participate in a campus forum featuring a representative of the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO).”

“More than 30 Jewish Law Students Association (JLSA) members attended the panel discussion, outnumbering members of BALSA and the Third World Coalition, the event’s sponsors. But after opening the forum to questions from the floor, BALSA moderator Muhammad I. Kenyatta refused to recognize any of the white hands raised in the audience. BALSA and TWC members were to be given priority, he announced, proceeding to call on a Black student who hadn’t raised his hand.”

“We defend the PLO’s right to appear in an open forum at Harvard. All groups have a right to present their views; had Kenyatta permitted all students to challenge the speaker with critical questions, the ensuing discussion might have provided a constructive exchange of ideas and opinions.”

“By stifling debate, however, Kenyatta reduced the event to little more than a propaganda platform for a terrorist organization that has pledged to destroy the State of Israel. His refusal to open the floor to all students views showed a glaring disregard for the principles of free discussion that are vital to an enlightened academic community.”

Kenyatta was a notorious activist, demanding hundreds of millions of dollars in reparations from white churches and teaching a “hate whitey” philosophy. He was known to be outrageous; he and his followers entered churches and caused chaos, spilling blood on the altar of one church, took over church offices, dumped out collection plates, and took over community centers, often dress in fatigues and black sunglasses. This was the leader of the group that Lynch belonged to.

The PLO, meanwhile, was a known terrorist organization, founded by Yasser Arafat with the goal of destroying Israel and conducting a genocide of the Jews. From the 1970s through the 1980s, Israel endured repeated terrorist attacks perpetrated by the PLO.

[A]mong these attacks were the Avivim school bus massacre of 1970, the aforementioned Ma’alot massacre of 1974, and Samir Kuntar’s 1979 murder of two young men and a 4-year-old girl — the latter of whom the terrorist killed by smashing her head against a rock.

… Then, in 1987, the PLO initiated a violent, six-year Intifada (uprising) directed against Israeli soldiers and civilians alike, after false rumors of Israeli atrocities had circulated through Palestinian territories. During the first four years of the uprising, Palestinians carried out more than 3,600 Molotov cocktail attacks, 100 hand-grenade attacks, and 600 assaults with guns or explosives.

This was the organization that Loretta Lynch, Muhammad Kenyatta, and the BALSA brought to Harvard multiple times over several years, while silencing the voices of Jewish students. Considering that the PLO wanted to kill all the Jews, it’s not all that surprising that they wouldn’t be allowed to speak.

These revelations are truly disturbing, because someone with terrorist sympathies should absolutely not be the United States Attorney General. But then, Obama makes a habit of surrounding himself with anti-Semites and terrorists. His mentor was the domestic terrorist Bill Ayers; he attended church for decades where he listed to the anti-Semitic, America-hating Jeremiah Wright spew evil. He was endorsed by the rabid anti-Semitic, racist, and bigoted Louis Farrakhan. Obama routinely surrounds himself with communists, anti-Semites, radicals, and terrorists.

Considering all of that, Loretta Lynch will probably fit right in.
