Remember Trump 1.0, Rex Tillerson and General James Mattis? They were old guys who were capping off their careers and not clear on who was the boss. So, glad for Trump 1.0 so that Trump knew what he wanted for Trump 2.0. Secretary Rubio is an algebraic upgrade from old Tillerson. That’s why Rubio wears four hats now.
