What does it take to defeat an enemy like ISIS?  A lot of people will tell you that we need to win their hearts and minds.  We need to show them the light of democracy.  We need to build them schools and blah blah blah.  Then you have people like the Syrian Kurds, who understand the culture, the mentality, and the evil.  They know what we refuse to acknowledge as a nation: In order to destroy ISIS, you need to kill them…and you need to screw with their heads while you do it.  As a result, the Kurds are sending units to fight these animals made up of the one thing they hate almost as much as Jews and Americans: women.

Syrian commanders say the security and quality of life is improving as their guerrilla forces expand rapidly, propelled by thousands of young volunteers. Recruitment is boosted by the deployment of women soldiers on the front line, often in all-female units.

“The jihadists don’t like fighting women, because if they’re killed by a female, they think they won’t go to heaven,” said one female fighter.

We’ve talked extensively about women in co-ed combat units here, and regular readers know that this author, at least, is highly against putting women in a ground combat role with men for a long list of reasons that won’t be discussed here.  But a whole unit made up of women whose sole purpose in life is to kill terrorists whose last thought will be that they’ve been robbed of their 72 virgins and heavenly rewards?  By a girl?  Now that just tastes like chocolate.  Are they taking American volunteers?
