Ladies, and I do mean the word ladies in the sense of biological females, it seems to be a man’s world. What has happened to all of the progress made in women’s rights? You can thank Joe Biden and the cretins who voted for him.
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is full of woke and D.E.I. hires who do nothing but create new rules and force mandates onto corporations to push their radical agenda of erasing women.
Since no one else consistently talks about this anywhere, we’ll bring it here. Just an FYI, since no big media is covering this regularly, it means these deep-seated unconstitutional programs are becoming the new establishment norms.
In new rules published April 29, the EEOC went beyond the dictates of Congress and courts on the matter of people who claim to be of a gender other than their biological sex. The order is arguably antithetical to other legislative and judicial decrees.
It says an employer who repeatedly uses a “name or pronoun inconsistent with the individual’s known gender identity” or who does not allow the use of “a bathroom or other sex-segregated facility consistent with the individual’s gender identity” has committed unlawful harassment rooted in sex-based discrimination. – Washington Examiner
Some folks are trying to proclaim faith-based objections to this, and that’s all fine and well, but I don’t need faith-based objections. What happened to plain old biology? Science? Or truth and common sense?

The question will be: Will people be willing to lose their jobs or be fired for standing up for the truth? With Joe Biden’s terrible economy, I can’t blame them if they simply keep their heads down and stay silent. The Commies are winning.
Back in October last year, I wrote about the EEOC adding gender identity to be included in sex-based discrimination.
Now, employees can make their coworkers feel awkward and uncomfortable. They can also sue their employer for using factual statements.
Never mind that women feel unsafe or sexually harassed by the presence of biological men in their bathroom. Never mind that an employer or supervisor has faith-based objections to calling a man a woman (or vice versa). Under its new rule, this EEOC can file a sex discrimination suit against an employer for the supposed crime of making a factual statement about a person’s sex. – Washington Examiner
Have you heard of Bostock v. Clayton County? It’s a decision from the 2020 Supreme Court regarding the hiring of people based on their gender identity or sexual orientation. Justice Neil Gorsuch’s opinion explained in detail that this ruling had nothing to do with bathrooms, locker rooms, and dress codes: “We do not purport to address bathrooms, locker rooms, or anything else of the kind.”
But Biden and his Marxists don’t care. They are plowing forward with their agenda. For all intents and purposes, Title IX no longer exists for women. Men are now protected under Title IX.
And today, we have the EEOC wrangling in.
It used to upset me when prominent men in the media would ask where all the feminists or women, in general, were speaking up about this. But now I agree. Where are the women? Sadly, most women appear to be on the side of Joe Biden and the transcult.
But one woman is speaking out. Her name is Kellie-Jay Keen. You may know her from this sentence, “I am not a vet, but I know what a dog is.”
Kellie-Jay Keen is the United Kingdom women’s rights campaigner who started her own political party, The Party of Women, and currently has candidates! Of course, here in America, if you started your own party, you’d probably be labeled a whack-a-doo by both Republicans and Democrats. That’s what we do.

It’s plain and simple. Women’s rights are being taken away; they are under attack.
“Women’s sex-based rights in the workplace are under attack—and from the EEOC, the very federal agency charged with protecting women from sexual harassment and sex-based discrimination at work. In its new harassment guidance, the Commission formally takes the position that for both private companies and federal employers, harassing conduct under Title VII includes ‘denial of access to a bathroom or other sex-segregated facility consistent with [an] individual’s gender identity,’” EEOC Commissioner Andrea Lucas said in a comment provided to Fox News Digital.
This has become a very unhealthy obsession with the left wanting to erase women and harm children. We won’t get into the child abuse and mutilation just yet. But I’ll tell you this, America is the worst offender in wanting to push this onto its children.
The Washington Examiner’s story sums up the new guidelines from the EEOC by stating this idea is horrible. It invades the privacy and dignity of women and puts them in harm’s way. Am I the only one who thinks it is ridiculous that we have to let the courts figure this out? I mean, hello, men are men, and women are women. There are only two sexes. There is no such thing as gender. I’m not a biologist, but I know what a woman is; an adult female human being.
