Defense Secretary Orders 30-Day Trans Troop Removal

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth just issued a blunt new directive to the U.S. military—and it’s already sending shockwaves through the Pentagon. The message is clear: the era of woke ideology in the armed forces is over.

Under the new policy, active-duty service members diagnosed with gender dysphoria have 30 days to voluntarily separate from the military. Members of the Reserve and National Guard get 60 days. After that deadline passes, involuntary discharges begin. No exceptions, no delays.

Pete Hegseth’s move comes as part of a larger effort to restore focus, discipline, and combat readiness to the military ranks—without the distractions of identity politics. Backed by a recent Supreme Court ruling and President Trump’s executive order recognizing only two sexes, this policy marks a full reset in military standards. And it’s not just a shift in tone—it’s a hard line in the sand.

Back to Basics: Two Sexes, One Mission, Zero Delusions

This isn’t just a new policy—it’s a full reset. It follows a Supreme Court decision allowing President Trump’s executive order to take effect. That order recognizes only two sexes—male and female—and says the U.S. military must reflect that. No more social experiments. No more confusion in the barracks. And no more taxpayer-funded hormone therapy under the guise of “readiness.”

Hegseth’s move targets an estimated 1,000 transgender-identifying troops currently serving. The policy bars future enlistment for anyone diagnosed with gender dysphoria unless they meet strict exceptions—like never having transitioned and remaining “stable” in their gender for three years. Even then, they’ll serve as their biological sex. Period.

The Department of Defense (DOD) has also begun searching medical records to reveal others who haven’t declared as it challenges the long-held establishment media narrative that some 15,000 transgender military personnel now serve.

[…]

AP reports DOD officials have said it’s difficult to determine exactly how many transgender service members there are, but medical records will show those who have been diagnosed with gender dysphoria, who show symptoms or are being treated.

Officials have said that as of Dec. 9, 2024, there were 4,240 troops diagnosed with gender dysphoria in the active duty, National Guard and Reserve. But they acknowledge the number may be higher.

There are about 2.1 million total troops serving. – Breitbart

Reality Isn’t Hate—And Delusion Isn’t a Civil Right

Critics are already howling. LGBTQ groups claim it’s “discriminatory” and “un-American.” But supporters argue the military’s job is to win wars—not accommodate identity crises. Hegseth didn’t mince words: “We are leaving wokeness and weakness behind.”

And just when you thought the takes couldn’t get more deranged, here comes Julie Roginsky asking—seriously—what’s stopping Donald Trump from waking up one day and banning black people from the military. Because apparently, in her world, banning someone based on immutable characteristics like skin color is the same as setting standards that exclude people struggling with gender delusion. Sorry Julie, but race isn’t a mental condition. This isn’t about hate—it’s about readiness, reality, and not turning the U.S. military into a therapy group for the trans cult. Watch the nonsense unfold for yourself:

It’s not a purge of people. It’s a return to common sense. The Pentagon has spent over $50 million on gender transition treatments since 2015. Meanwhile, our recruitment numbers are in the tank, morale has taken a hit, and China isn’t exactly waiting for us to sort out pronouns.

A 2025 medical literature review conducted by the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs that included findings that “55% of transgender individuals experienced suicidal ideation and 29% attempted suicide in their lifetime,…[and] the suicide attempt rate is estimated to be 13 times higher among transgender individuals compared to their cisgender counterparts, transgender individuals are approximately twice as likely to receive a psychiatric diagnosis compared to cisgender individuals,” and that the strength of evidence on transgender mental health and gender-affirming care is low to moderate (TAB 13).

A review of cost data by the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs indicated that, between 2015 and 2024, DoD spent $52,084,407 providing care to active duty Service members to treat gender dysphoria, including $15,233,158 for psychotherapy; $3,135,593 for hormone therapy, and $14,324,739 for surgical care.

While Service members with gender dysphoria volunteered to serve their country, the costs associated with their health care, coupled with the medical and readiness risks associated with their diagnosis and associated treatment that can limit their deployability, make continued service by such individuals incompatible with the Department’s rigorous standards and national security imperative to deliver a ready, deployable force. – Defense Department Memo

This isn’t about hate—it’s about standards. It’s about the military doing what it’s meant to do: defend this country with focus, discipline, and strength.

Don’t worry, if you can’t serve in the military as a mentally deranged person, you can always run for Congress.

So while the usual suspects rage on X and trot out lawsuits, the deadline stands. June 6 for active duty. July 7 for the Guard and Reserve.

The military is officially under new management with Pete Hegseth. And reality is back in charge.

Active service trans to resign on June 6 a famous day when real men assailed Hitler’s fortress Europe in1944.

I’m pretty sure that if at any time, no matter who was running DoD, I showed up at a recruiting office and claimed to be Napoleon Bonaparte they would (maybe politely) show me the door. But someone claiming to be the opposite of their biological sex is supposed to have, not only the right to join, but to receive institutional support for their mental delusions. I have never understood how we got to this point and I don’t think I ever will.

People like Roginsky and McBride would do far better becoming advocates for humane treatment of the mentally ill, since it’s obvious that they both have a lot of experience with the subject.
