Gavin Newsom, Mad Maxine Waters … is it something in California water that has its Democrat politicians do anything for media attention? Junior Senator Alex Padilla is sure anxious to extend his 15 minutes of fame.

Sen. Alex Padilla, D-Calif., responded to Vice President JD Vance calling him “Jose” during a press conference in Los Angeles on Friday, which led to major backlash from Democrats across the country. (snip)

Padilla argued on MSNBC on Saturday that Vance’s decision to call him “Jose” exemplifies how “petty and unserious” the Trump administration really is.

“Unserious”? Is that the new DNC talking point? I swear it’s popped out of Democrat pie-holes several times over the past few days.

“He knows my name,” Padilla asserted, adding, “He’s the Vice President of the United States — you’d think he’d take the situation in Los Angeles more seriously.”

“Don’t you know who I am?” he cried.

Gavin himself loves to open up a bottle of whine any chance he gets. And heaven forbid that Los Angeles’ number one Karen, Castro-commie Mayor Bass, be left out of the faux outrage at the Vice President at fumbling the first name of the guy who tried to bum-rush Kristi Noem last week.
