Hunter Biden, after five years of investigation into years of criminality and corruption, gets a sweetheart plea deal for his guilty plea. Because of course he does.

Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, has agreed to plead guilty to two federal misdemeanor crimes of willfully failing to pay federal income taxes, a court filing Tuesday revealed.

Two federal misdemeanor tax charges and one gun felony.

What is “pre-trial diversion”? Well, back in the old days, it was a way for courts to show their commitment to rehabilitation rather than just punishment. You get some person who committed a non-violent, misdemeanor crime – say under-the-influence of drugs – and the court would allow them to enter into a court-approved rehab program. Then, upon successful completion, the court would withdraw the guilty plea and dismiss the charges. Thus, it’s like the case never happened. No conviction on the person’s rap sheet. Such diversion programs would usually be restricted to first-time, misdemeanor offenders with no other charges pending.

Now diversion programs all over the country and at the Fed level look to be just another way for Special People to avoid convictions and jail time.

Just another example to chalk up to the realization that there are two different justice systems in the United States … and those not part of the UniParty and its goals are going to always have the book thrown at them. Since Biden is still valuable to his puppet masters, his incorrigible princeling benefits.

The plea deal will likely involve Hunter Biden admitting to misdemeanor charges that will keep him from jail — and will avoid a trial. President Biden could pardon his son at any point, voiding any criminal consequences.

Avoiding trial, especially as the stories over the whole Biden family money laundering can’t help but leak out, was probably one of the things keeping Biden’s handlers up at night. From Hunter’s half-million-dollar “art” to his rejection of his own daughter, getting Hunter to take a sweetheart deal and sacrifice himself once more the The Big Guy in his run for 2024 was just what was needed.

While non-violent J6 participants are sentenced to prison on misdemeanor charges, Clown Prince Hunter will be back on Air Force One and looking for the next business deal.
