UPDATE 10/8/08: in all fairness to senator mccaskill, there is more to this story then i first blogged. you can see what beth wrote earlier this evening. however, it doesn’t change the fact that mccaskell is still a shrew.

i’ve been noticing lately how often team obama has been putting out senator claire mccaskill of missouri as their attack surrogate. i think she is quite effective in this role, but dang if she isn’t really quite creepy too.

with a fake stepford-like smile, mccaskill can cut you off at the knees and eat your young without a murmur. she is very different then sarah palin who delivers her jabs with an almost joyous smile and a laugh as if she enjoys every moment of ‘the dance’.

mccaskill on the other hand, acts borderline evil and i think the good people of missouri deserve way better then this shill.

the politico has the weirdest story about senator claire mccaskill’s behavior tonite after the presidential debate in pmsnbc’s spin room. here’s how it went down:

McCaskill was stepping out of her chair at the end of an MSNBC interview, and Romney was up next. She and a staffer unplugged her various wires, and she handed Romney the earpiece the guests use to hear the host.

“I spit on this before I put it in,” she said to Romney, with a sweet smile.

Romney spokesman Eric Fehrnstrom emails: “You should have seen what she did to the chair.”

see what i mean? she is just creepy. just like everyone else attached to obama.
