Ben Shapiro has officially filed a police report on the violent threats he received while he was a guest on the Dr. Drew Show. The threats were made by a fellow panelist, Inside Edition’s Special Correspondent Zoey Tur, following a disagreement between the two guests.

Shapiro filed the report Sunday morning, two days after a contentious exchange with Tur on the HLN program Dr. Drew. On a panel discussion over Bruce Jenner’s receipt of ESPN’s Arthur Ashe Courage Award, Tur grabbed Shapiro’s neck and growled, “You cut that out now, or you’ll go home in an ambulance.” Shapiro later alleged that Tur had threatened him after the appearance, “I’ll see you in the parking lot,” and that CNN security had escorted Shapiro to his car after ensuring Tur had left the premises.

On Thursday, Ben Shapiro referred to Zoey – an openly transgender man – as “Sir.” Zoey then proceeded to grab Ben Shapiro by the back of the neck while making a serious threat of violence.

 “You cut that out now, or you’ll go home in an ambulance.” Shapiro responded, “That seems mildly inappropriate for a political discussion.” Oduolowu said that, to be fair, Shapiro was being rude, to which Shapiro answered, “I’m sorry, it’s not rude to say that someone who’s biologically a male is a male.” Tur stated, “You just called me a ‘sir.’”

Shockingly, the remaining members of the group did not chastise Tur for her threat, but instead attacked Shapiro for using the wrong pronoun.

After some of the other panelists, particularly radio and “Chain Reaction” host Mike Catherwood, objected that Shapiro knew that what he said would be “insulting” and “inflammatory.” Shapiro responded, “It’s not a matter of insulting or inflammatory. It’s a fact. You are a male. Dr. Drew is a male.”

Catherwood conceded, “Sir, you’re right…on paper, what is a fact is a fact, and I can’t deny that.” He maintained, “But you knew that going in that to say that to Zoey would be aggressively insulting.” Shapiro maintained, “It’s not a matter of aggressively insulting. … The entire discussion is whether we are embracing mental illness and delusion as a society, that’s the entire discussion.”

The vitriol didn’t end there.

Apparently Zoey Tur is not familiar with the terms “Love Wins,” and “NOH8.” Curb stomping is the act of forcibly placing the victims head on a street curb, which is then followed by the perpetrator stomping on the back of the victim’s head. It’s not a game, and it’s not a joke. In 2003, Randall Townsend was killed by two racist skinheads using this method. Reports of “curb stomping” have been reported as recently as 2013, and is known to be used by racist – Nazi sympathizing – skinheads. The posts from Tur and her supporter were particularly disturbing considering the fact that Ben Shapiro is Jewish.

Curb-stomping is a practice made infamous by American Nazi skinheads.

Breitbart News again calls for the removal of the fascist, gay-pride flag, a symbol of bullying and intolerance,  to be removed from civil society.

This was never about live and let live, folks.

Have we really reached a point where a serious threat of violence is less concerning than using what others deem to be the wrong pronoun? Ben Shapiro refuses to cave under the pressure of leftist expectations, and like his mentor, Andrew Breitbart, I doubt he ever will.

The tweet containing the address has since been deleted. However, Tur’s Twitter account has been full of attacks on Ben Shapiro, as well as his followers, since Thursday’s incident. The continuing threats were serious enough to cause concern.
