A lawsuit has been filed against a Park Slope Brooklyn teacher who publicly praised Hamas leader, Yahya al-Sinwar in the attacks on Israel on October 7.
Damien Neva, was cited for dropping in a “Long live Yahya al-Sinwar” to the Park Slope Food Coop’s group chat.
A bit of background on the story. The member-run food market voted in May to ban Israeli products from their shelves.
In the coop chat, Mr. Neva, dumba$$ that he is, made the al-Sinwar comment. Hold onto your hats, ladies and gents. This brainiac is-wait for it-an educator at a Brooklyn public school.
Neva, who was described in the legal filing as a leader of the boycott movement, also said, “That lot does not have the votes to block our campaign” — referring to the pro-Israel and Jewish members.”-Carl Campanile, NY Post
It seems like there's something in the water in Park Slope… a TEACHER praising a terror architect who helped massacre dozens of children.
Instead of paying all teachers more, lets weed out the terror supporters and pay their salaries to teachers who deserve the moniker.

Neva’s social media included a post of a sticker with Israel on it being shredded, another showing the Star of David painted over the Statue of Liberty and a post comparing Warsaw in 1944 to Palestine in 2024. This person is in a classroom. Roughly 157,000 Jewish children live in the Park Slope area.
Pack his bags and send him to Palestine.

But don’t forget to first give him his paid administrative leave first.
Antisemitism and support for terrorist organizations have absolutely no place in our school system. We are committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and welcoming environment for every student and member of our school community.”-DOE representative
The irony? Neva, who posted on his social media hatred for Israel was, once-upon-a-time a fashion photographer and videographer who advised models on what to post (and what not to post) on their social media platforms. Yep. New York Public Schools only hire the brightest and the best. He became a teacher as part of a “enforced career change”, apparently.
I wonder if any of the Jewish parents called the NYC Public Schools’ anti-hate hotline on this guy? I mean, he thinks Yahya al-Sinwar is a stud.
At university, Sinwar became a disciple of Sheikh Ahmed Yassin, Hamas’ co-founder, whose extremist ideology—advocating for jihad against Israel—shaped Sinwar’s worldview. However, he earned the nickname “Butcher of Khan Younis” not for killing Israelis, but for brutally torturing and killing Palestinians suspected of collaborating with Israel. His enthusiasm for such acts cemented his grim reputation.”-Hadar Galron, YNet Global
Whatta guy!
Imagine this person lecturing your children on, well, whatever. Damien Neva is a principled, (AHEM) educator. He cheers on mass-mutilation of civilians but refuses, flat out refuses, to buy Israeli hummus. He also refuses to believe that if he were to come face-to-face with al-Sinwar, his “hero” would probably throw his ass off of a building, but that is besides the point. The white cat ladies and beta males of Park Slope are doing their part to not support Israel at their food coop. One bite of “terrorist tahini” at a time. The frozen herbs of hate shall not pass through their lips.
But long live the guy whose career was spawned by hate! The guy who literally butchered HUMAN BEINGS. Nothing to see here, Park Slope liberals. Keep funding public schools. Inclusion is a beautiful thing, am I right? Now, kiddies, settle in for Circle Time and a reading of The Sandwich Swap. Just make sure that sandwich is not made with racist, Zionist hummus or the teacher reading said book may have an aneurysm and need a paid sabbatical. Yay. Here comes more funding for public schools.
